We were pleasantly surprised at how much room there was in this home! 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor and 2 large bedrooms on the top floor (each with their own large bathroom on the top floor). Plenty of room for 8 adults to come together in the kitchen/living room area to enjoy each others company. The house is fairly well stocked as far as bathroom and kitchen amenities but definitely not enough for large parties. There were little to no hangers in the closets so we bought 2 bundles and left them there. The host sent several welcome messages before our arrival with instructions to the front door which was rather difficult, especially at night because the code is 10 digits long and the porch light was burnt out (which we also bought and replaced). We messaged the host on the first night about wifi access because service was less than great in the house and the host never responded. I messaged every day until our departure and never did anyone respond to my messages. I believe this host sends pre-loaded messages as we had no luck getting any of our questions answered. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the price. We would stay here again as it's close to everything.

Our stay was very accommodating and nice. Location is getting built up, but just a quick Uber drive to any place we needed to get to. Would recommend and be back :)

Fun stay. The condo could use a few extra amenities. Tea towels, dish cloth. Extra toilet paper, broom. The downstairs shower is slow to drain, plugged? The fridge has condensation inside, problem???? Pictures don’t do it justice.

It was clean, in a safe area. The only negative is there was the kitchen lacked in pans & utensils/hot pads.

Many minor fixes need to be taken care of. Stair tread needs to be looked at and items such as toilet paper holders need to be attached to wall.

There was so many broken items when we arrived, I had to immediately notify the host. Door handles missing. Fridge door broke. Toilet paper holders falling off the wall. Too many to list. The booking on vrbo is inaccurate too. The host decided to take it down and not refund after I pointed it out. VRBO has also not refunded.

5 bedrooms fit our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Easy to get Uber's to downtown. Neighborhood is a mix of old homes and new vacation rental condos. Would rent again when we come back. Owners very responsive to questions.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. There were a few items that needed maintenance taken care of. I was able to communicate with the host about the items, and the host was more than willing to send someone over the next day to correct them. The beds were amazing. The shower water pressure could use a little boost. But overall it was a great location. If and when we return to Nashville, we will look to book it again.

The townhouse was in a very close to broadway! About a 10 minute ride and very cheap for ubering! The host was very quick to respond when I had questions

Our group of friends had a great time! The house set up was very nice for those who wanted to stay up later and those who wanted to sleep. Even in May, the upstairs was pretty hot and we had a hard time getting it to cool down. The box fans the owner has in the closets were helpful. It was about a 15 minute Uber to Broadway. Overall great place, and we enjoyed it!

We had a great time and the place was super nice and just as advertised. We did have an issue when our door code didn’t work when we went to check in and the wireless didn’t work when we did get in but I called the number and the person who answered had both fixed in a minute or two. Other than that the place was awesome and there were several really cool restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance. I know there have been some comments about not feeling safe and it’s clear the neighborhood is being gentrified but we never felt unsafe and we walked to some of the restaurants after dark and I stayed there with my 3 and 4 year old daughters. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for three nights and had no negative issues. The location is an $8-$12 Uber ride to Broadway and many nice restaurants. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but it's very apparent that it's getting cleaned up. If you are a larger group, we found that there is a 5th bedroom (advertised as 4). The beds are very comfortable. One suggestion that I would make is to furnish a traditional coffee maker. Keurig's are fine , but sometimes it's just nice to have the coffee ready. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Large home with multiple levels. Stairs everywhere so may not be good for some. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable king beds. Showed some wear and tear, but I guess that’s normal for rental property.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. We were so pleased with the space and 2 masters! The location was only max. 15min away from any place we wanted to go, Opryland Hotel, Broadway, Airport. Previous posts mention the neighborhood. This is a neighborhood in transition and many of the home are being updated and very eclectic. Do not let that deter you from renting this gem of a house.

Loved the property, clean and a lot of room for friends or family. enjoyed the house and enjoyed our time in Nashville. A short Uber drive to downtown.

House was perfect size for 10 people. Very nice and clean. No too far from Broadway.

Upon checking in, we found the sliding accordion patio door unable to open. Something wrong with the latch. Management sent someone to fix it the next day. The fix required dismantling, and I think some drilling. Additionally, they replaced the refrigerator water filter which I asked "if possible". When they wrote let us know if you need anything, they meant it and delivered.

The property was absolutely beautiful, but the surrounding area and neighborhood in much need of sprucing. Big empty lot next door and trash all around, definitely a big sore eye, especially since there are so many beautiful townhomes coming up. The home is not located pretty much near everything. Nice places to eat and hang out all around especially on the main street. My husband, three boys and one girlfriend had a wonderful time in Nashville. Wish we would have had more time to do everything, but we made the most with the time we had. Great vacation overall, thank you Nashville!!!

The property had lots of space and was conveniently located to take in the various Nashville sites. Property management was great to work with.

Nice property.

This house was as seen in the pictures on the outside, however, the area does not feel safe. We should've done our research better/ The unit over looks an abandoned house..cluttered with debris and beer cans everywhere. For a pretty exuberant amount of money for 3 nights I felt like we without question should have stayed at a nice hotel instead of this home. I would NEVER rent this with children. Inside was nice, but it was in such a sketchy area we stayed away from the house as long as possible. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

We had a wonderful week! The house was very clean and big enough for our group of 12! Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms!! We were a little worried about the location at first, but it turned out to be totally fine! There are so many cool things to do near by! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we are in the area!!
