Location is Good. Safe n secure for COUPLE. Staff is quite polite and helpful in every matter EARLY CHECK IN is a PLUS POINT OF THIS HOTEL.

AC wasn't working well... Needs repairing and service etc... In my 24 hra stay, room temperature came down only 3° 🤕

Bad condition of washrooms and overall look and feel of the hotel. Air Conditioners were not working properly And room size was not as per my booking requirements

It's a peaceful and calm place to live in. Very simple rooms. Staff is good.

Washroom! Badly need improvement. Hot water is always missing. Need to work on it seriously. Rooms needs detailed dusting.

There was no warm water we booked near airport coz we had flight nxt day thinking it will b easier for us but after whole day of travelling and shoping wen we gt to hotel thinking we,ll have warm shower bt there is no warm water and same thing in da morning aswell i was very annoyed about that Apart from that wen i booked it said breakfast included and then wen it come to pay extra service charges thy said u have to pay extra for 2 kids as its nt included But wen i booked it said clearly 4 adults and 2 kids breakfast included We stayed 2 days nxt day ask for Bedsheet changing thy didn't change it thy cleaned da room bt thy didn't change da Bedsheet.

The room was spacious and clean.

The sound of generator. Early morning they started generator which was placed very near to the room. So it was very disturbing.
