We had 4 families staying and the house setup accommodated us with multiple bedroom and bed options. The doors have security alerts when they open, and the A/C kept the main areas cool. We cooked all meals at the house and appreciated the 2 refrigerators but did find the kitchen to be unorganized. We had some pests which impacted our kitchen use and required some extra spending. Tereza (host) replied quickly and had someone out there to remedy the situation the next day. Although it was better, the pests persisted throughout our stay, assuming they will take repeat treatments to completely mitigate. The internet was extremely poor and worked maybe 5% of our stay, which made communication around pests and working difficult. We ended up going to McDonalds in Sulphur multiple times to use the Wi-Fi. There were a few items in the listing that were not working as expected – foosball table had broken parts, air hockey table did not turn on, stove is older and although the burners worked fine the oven would barely heat up, one of the coffee pots didn’t work (didn’t try the other). Other items that can be overlooked but may be important based on group dynamic – There are many extra cots throughout the house, but very few extra pillows or blankets that we could find. Not all bedrooms and bathrooms have locks lacking privacy. There is unfinished wood on the stair wall that could easily in splinters for young kids. Overall, the location was good, but we wouldn’t choose to stay again.

The location and amenities were close to perfect. Just a couple small issues.

The house was just as described. Plenty of sleeping beds and a nice patio with chairs. We all really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was quick to answer questions and always friendly. Talking about our next trip and renting house again.

The property was as described. It fit our group well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was seamless and the space was just the right amount for 4 adults and 15 teenage boys. Would highly recommend!

Our family met at the cabin for a Christmas/New Year's celebration! The place was cozy, inviting and Tereza was great to communicate with! She responds quickly always! We had a great time!

Everything was as promised. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to families.

There was a total of 17 people that stayed and it was perfect. Very clean and spacious. There is a Walmart close by. We cooked every night. There are two refrigerators and freezers too. We loved the volleyball net and porch. Everything was great. Plenty of towels available and the owner was super sweet and very responsive.

This rental met all of our needs, plus lots more. We look forward to returning. Property owner was very kind and helped from the day we booked until our last day of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 families from our baseball team stay here and every one of them kept saying that it was such a great find! Tons of space and extras! The 3 bathrooms worked well for all 22 of us. We just jumped in when it was free. It wasn't a problem at all. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels for our stay. 2 Refrigerators, 2 coffee pots and 2 toasters! Such a great addition! We will definitely stay again!! Checkin was super easy with the automated lock on the door, no paperwork. Communication was almost instant with any questions we had. Great outdoor space, it was lovely! Can't wait to go back! Also, there is a Walmart 7 minutes away! There were 4 deer in the yard one night!! It was so sweet! 10 stars!!

Everything was AWESOME!!! I wish we would have known there were volleyballs and stuff already there!! That's the only complaint which is much of one. Loved it.

Nice cabin close to the lake.

This cabin what it looks from outside is not how it’s inside . It’s huge , lot of beds for sure and additional beds if required. We had an awesome stay . Games rooms , my kids loved air hockey table , there was a game console , lot of board games . Love the overall decor and ambiance . It was cold so couldn’t be outside much but there is a lot of space outside for fun activities too. The primrose roads ends to the other side of National park we went to a creek which was hardly few miles and had some hiking fun. We couldn’t ask for more . The only bad experience we had was the room upstairs with 4 kids bed it seems when cleaned there were some wasps dead , half dead crawling and one of the kid accidentally stepped on it and others got scared and hence they didn’t want to sleep in that room . But believe me there was plenty of place for the kids to settle . I am just leaving the review so that it can be taken care next time . But overall awesome experience and we can’t ask for more.

First thing we went in to check the house found a dead mouse in the door way. We loved the property until we went to bed. Beds had mouse poop in them and all over the pills. Then my daughter-In-Law went out on the back porch she fell through it and cut her leg open. Today she is hurting all over. She may have to go to the doctor. It was a nice cabin but things need to be fixed on it. With all the stuff that was wrong that my daughter in law things we shouldn’t been charged the full of amount.

It was great...very relaxing. It was so quiet, just what we needed to unwind.. everything was very well stocked.

The house was well furnished, and stocked. The communication between the property owner was great. No problems what so ever.

The cabin was spacious, well stocked with necessities, clean, with extras like: air hockey, foose ball table, volleyball net, and 2 large televisions. We had a great time with the large patios and watching the chickens!

We have family that came from 4 different locations, & this was a great place to meet in the middle. We had plenty of room for gathering and plenty of room to spred out. The kids loved all the games available. The kitchen was fully equipped, & easy to cook for the 13 of us! We had a great time at Lake of the Arbuckle, & Turner Falls was an experience. House accommodated my family perfectly. We were 5 different households ranging from infant-68. Property is nice and big, rooms are a good size, eating areas are roomy and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the upstairs open area and the kids loved the foosball and hockey tables. We got to play outdoor family games on the spacious property. Location was good, right outside the city, but Walmart was like 5 miles away and we were close to turner falls, arbuckle lake and Chickasaw recreation area. The owner was great, she answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Only complaint if any is that the room I stayed in was a little warm. It was the room with the 4 twin beds, needs better ventilation. We turned the thermostat down because it was warm in there, but it made the other rooms freezing cold upstairs. Then again, it may work for those that like it warmer to stay in that bedroom. Overall it was a great stay!

Our family of 10, my parents, my sister, brother in law and nephews all stayed with more than enough room for all of us! I just wish it was closer to the water but it’s a very short drive to get there!
