Terrible service- no luggage carts available, had to search EVERY floor to find the ONE cart they had. No one offered to help us, same thing when we were ready to leave. Booked based on the Courtyard we stayed at in Mesa AZ, which was lovely...this place was dirty, not in a great neighborhood, and really unhelpful employees. To top it off, the pet fee was $150 (my fault for not checking in advance!) but most places are only $50! They literally had to do nothing for our pets, complete ripoff. Would NEVER recommend this hotel

Location is great, right next to the arena and Brick Town, access to bars, restaurants, and other attractions is one of the reasons I picked this hotel over the other we used to stay at

There was no microwave in the room, the walls are very thin, you can hear mumbled conversations walking down the hall and the traffic noise...you can hear all the traffic driving by. Cars honking, motorcycles revving their engines, and police cars.

location, right next to bricktown. the hotel itself was very nice and clean. pool was great. staff was great!

there is really no where to take your trash out when it get full in your room. the trash cans in your room are so small so when I have to empty it, the trash to take it to is so small as well. I just had to sit it on top which I felt bad for doing but there was no other place to put it.

Location was perfect. Visited OKC for a Thunder game.

I visited from St. Louis for a father/son trip to see the OKC Thunder. The hotel is practically attached to Paycom center. I reserved a double queen room for us but when I got there they gave me a one bed room. The staff said they could do nothing about it and I need to go through Booking.com. Very disappointed as one of us slept on the floor each night. We took turns, it was a 2 night stay. Also, when I pulled back the covers I found I had been sleeping on a red/yellow stained sheet. I took a pic and showed the front desk who said he would inform the cleaning staff.

Hair in the very small shower stall. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Remote would not work the tv. Sliding door too the patio was very hard too open. Spring mattress was worn out. The pillow top mattress topper just made us sink into the bed. Room was really small for the king room price.
