Spacious and very well-maintained and well stocked house that was fantastic for our summer family reunion. Multiple family members said it was the best of the houses we’ve gotten. Only negative is the windy road that leads to the house, which made us not want to go out at night. But the upside was that we got to shot the house and its amenities more!

We rented the Huntly Lodge for our family group of 15 people crossing three generations. There was something for everyone - games and sports for the young people, and several gathering spots for everyone. The house was very well-equipped...especially the kitchen...and completely clean. The owners were very responsive to the few requests we had, and could not have made things any easier for us. This property is a wonderful choice if you want access to nature activities, restaurants, the arts, and all that Asheville has to offer.

The Huntly Estate house was excellent. The house was very clean, very well appointed and spacious enough for our large family. It was conveniently located close to town. It offered many activity options including an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, several games in the spacious game room including air hockey, foosball table, ping-pong table and a very well appointed workout room. One of our families favorite rental houses.

The Huntly Estate was the perfect home away from home for a large group of guys spending a long weekend in Asheville. The house is even more spacious than it seems, the house came well stocked with necessities, and the amenities were all top notch. The property management was responsive and accommodating as well. I would give more stars if I could, and if I have occasion to book for a large group in Asheville again I will look for the Huntly Estate first!

This house was in excellent condition and perfect for our 20 person group. The location was the perfect combination of secluded but not too far from town. The rental process and check in/out logistics were very smooth.

This house was PERFECT. We had 26 girls and the house for us perfectly. The downstairs garage allowed for plenty of space for activities, workouts, etc. The kitchen and living room fit all of us very comfortably. Could not have asked for a better place. Would definitely recommend!

We had our family Christmas at Huntly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lower, game etc floor was a big hit. Kitchen could handle our big holiday meals. our one glitch was promptly addressed by the management company. Definitely recommend.

We held my Daughter’s Bachelorette party held. The house was perfect for the eight ladies. Everyone got their own bedroom & private bathroom. PERFECT!!

I stayed with my teammates who were there to compete in an adult soccer tournament. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. This was our second time staying there. It is the perfect home, and I’m thankful for the owner and rental company for doing such a great job.

This property was exactly what our group of 20 was looking for. Plenty of room for us to spread out and lots of beds. With the ncaa conference basketball tournaments on, the abundance of TVs was also great. Everything felt new and clean. 10/10!

I wanted to meet up with a lot of my friends around the holiday season and this was the absolute perfect house. We had 27 people and we fit comfortably. The amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, large TV viewing rooms were exactly what we needed to enjoy our time there. I would strongly recommend this property. A great location as well, off the beaten path enough to get the Asheville mountain feel but also such an easy drive to everything downtown.

It was exceptionally accommodating for my nine siblings and their spouses! Comfortable, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The game room and hot tub was well received and the main floor allowed for great times together. It was perfect in a quiet and beautiful setting in the woods. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with our family of 25 visiting from all areas of Virginia. The space was spread out nicely for everyone to enjoy. The dogs loved the yard space which was fenced in. It was fantastic. The only recommendations would be for a little more thorough cleaning, several spider webs on the furniture and lamps. Unfortunately due to the size, there was never enough hot water for everyone for showers.

The house was perfect for our family. We had 16 people aged 11mos-71. We celebrated 5 birthdays and our 48th anniversary. The location was great, convenient to all area attractions. There was plenty to do at the house with the game room, pool room, hot tub, basketball goal. The management team was quick to respond to any problems. Would highly recommend this house to any large group of family or friends.

Great Family house
First time to this area. House was lovely, with plenty of space for our large family of 12. The basement with the pool table etc., was great for the young adults with us. Only glitch was an unstable Wi-Fi, which they did fix, though told us they could not really guarantee this service. You do have to get in a car to go anywhere, often over a 30 minute drive. No easy walking or running from the property.
That said, we overall did have a wonderful time in this beautiful part of the country, and the house served us well.

Great place, needs a couple of tweaks
• The place was spacious and tons of fun with all of the activities a group could enjoy.
• Great appliances (two fridge / freezers, nice dishwasher and laundry room, great grill).
• The kitchen was well supplied though there was nothing in the way of spices, which was quite disappointing for us as we didn’t pack any of our own.
• The other major disappointment was getting no accommodation for a late checkout. We were hoping to shower following the volunteer activity prior to leaving town and my request for a late checkout was flat out denied. No additional time beyond 10 am was offered.
• Last complaint was the showers / tubs had a single large bottle for soap / shampoo. A high end home like that should offer guests much nicer toiletries.

Absolutely wonderful place for family!!!
My family had an amazing time! We had 5 generations of family there from 83 years old to 6 months. The place was EXACTLY as advertised! It has soo much charm that you can feel the owners' love in there. Equipped with everything you need. The beds were quite comfortable and everyone having their own bathroom was priceless! The game room was a big hit for all ages, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. In the evenings, the fire pit was a great way to end the day.
Unfortunately, they will only allow me to give a 5 star rating.....otherwise they would be a definite 10!!!!!!!!

Great house, convenient location
House is excellent for large family. Rooms are all great sizes. All the amenities in a very nice home. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Asheville with large family or friends. We had snow on Friday pm & Corey was at the house putting salt on the driveway Saturday morning.

The property was perfect for all 25 of us. We had perfect accommodations for adults, teenagers, and children. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We hope to be back for our next family gathering.

Great Home
Home is very well renovated. They have a few things they need to “finish” but nothing that you couldn’t live with. I would suggest a pantry install somewhere. For such a large house there isn’t a lot of space to but dry goods. Would also like to see more lighting around the perimeter. Little scary out there at night 😆
Otherwise it’s amazing. Truly a great home. The Game room is fun! Lots of space for the whole family to spread out. Fire pit was perfect for all of our nighttime shenanigans 🤩 very accommodating owners. Lots of stuff for your fur babies too. I felt like that was the icing on the cake. Water bowls and things for pups on all floors. Just very thoughtful. Would stay again!

Great space for our family Christmas gathering!
The house was well stocked for our large family gathering. Having two coffee pots was a huge bonus for us. It was close to grocery stores and other shopping. The outdoor space was great too. We would definitely stay at the Huntley Estate again.

Perfect House for Large Family Gathering
We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Lots of games and space for everyone. We had both sides of family and friends at this house for our wedding weekend and it did not feel crammed at all as every room had their own bath. We even had our baby gender reveal at this property and it had the perfect fall foliage backdrop for it. The drive to the house is windy and beautiful. Property manager also allowed early check in and late check out that was extremely helpful.
