My husband an I have taken our family of 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren to many vacation houses over the years. This trip was to celebrate my husband who passed away a year ago . The house was perfect with the balcony so close to the ocean the pool was fun, the water sports were enjoined by the kids and the meals that were shared at that table tuened into hours of conersation and laughs Everyone said," The best house ever" Thank you

Overall, great week! Loved the area, having the house so close to the beach, no crowds. Even after they came and changed the filter in the apartment air conditioner & sprayed air freshener it was still unusable for us. Musty & moldy smelling. Luckily for us, it wasn’t necessary.
Loved that everything was provided at the house. No beach paraphernalia was needed to be brought.
Our biggest complaint was the common area furniture. Horribly uncomfortable, nuisance with the covers. Desperately needs undated with new & comfortable furniture.

This house is by far the best we have ever stayed in! They are not kidding when they tell you everything you need is there. They go above and beyond to take care of every need a guest might have. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, spices, coffee, condiments, bug spray, and so much more! The welcome basket (which we have never had anywhere we have stayed before!) was devoured by all quickly. The house was very clean and so well stocked with basics that all we needed was food. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 to be able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Having 2 beaches with lots of “toys” was great. Accommodated toddlers, adults and teens. My husband loved having the dock to park the jet ski and to fish. Everywhere we have stayed before he has had to drive to a pier to fish so he was happy. We were actually a little apprehensive about coming to this house because the description looked too good to be true! We are so glad we decided to give it a try. We will definitely be back in the future! Tina

This home was nothing short of AMAZING! The location and space were perfect for our family. We came for a family vacation - my husband and myself with our two daughters, 6 and 8 (though this home can of course accommodate SO, so many more).
The home has so much to offer - ocean with its sunrise views and the lagoon with the sunsets. The pool was so cute under a little tree and such a hit when needing a break from the sand and wind. The home had all the "toys" you could possibly imagine - we especially loved the kayaks and SUPS on the lagoon, as well as the wave boards on the ocean.
We have stayed at many beach home over the years, and this was the most well stocked home ever. The house was cleaned impeccably. The property manager was extremely responsive and had thought of absolutely everything.
Would very much recommend! And we would stay at this, or another BIP home, anytime!

Of all the places we have stayed at through the years, this house had everything you would want in a beach house. The house and property was clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean.

This place came with just about everything…plenty of plates, cups, beach towels, toys, bikes and etc. When they say you don’t need to bring any extras, they mean it. Both the bay and beach sides were great places to hang out. We had a few items break and maintenance came quickly to replace or fix. Ideal spot for 3-4 couples with kids…we fit 20 people but it was a little tight for that. Only negative is the sand. Just plan to have it all over everything. House has plenty of wash off stations and hoses to clean things off. Loved our time here!

It was an amazing getaway for us!! We never had a house rental that offered so much and we thank you for all the little extras. The views are absolutely amazing the daily beach walks were so awesome, my only complaint was having a camera on us while in the hot tub they say if your uncomfortable with them to unplug the cameras except you can’t cause there hard wired so we didn’t get to spend much time in the hot tub outside due to camera it just goes against having some privacy and made us feel very uncomfortable

We had a great time and the house was amazing!! The view of the beach was unbelievable! We loved making smores, paddle boarding and finding shells 🐚! The amenities the house offered was unlike anywhere we have ever stayed!! We will definitely be back! 😊

Spent the weekend with family and all of us could not have been more pleased with our stay at Avalon. From the location, the amenities, the house itself, the customer service, all of it were beyond expectation. I've stayed at some nice rental properties but Avalon takes the cake for #1.
If you are considering a stay at Avalon, no need to spend too much time thinking about it- go ahead and book it.

This is our sixth year staying with Beach guest houses in paradise. This was our fourth different house and our favorite house that we’ve stayed in. We will be coming back next year to stay in the same house. It’s so amazing to have the Atlantic on one side and the Indian river on the other. So many different things to do for different personalities. We had a amazing time.

Great house, loved the kitchen and decks, lots of bedrooms, lots of room. Upper deck with sunrise and sunset views was the best. Something different to do every day, swim, bike, kayak, fish, paddleboard, we did it all. Great grill!! This was our second visit. We will come back.

Very accommodating, plenty of space, private, they provide toiletries, everything you can ask for is at your reach to have a great time in the property, we took out our boat and our family had a great vacation.

Besides being a perfect location, with a magnificent view they have thought of everything. You can literally bring clothes and food and have everything else you need for the beach, river, and fishing, There are paddleboards, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, pool toys, towels, life jackets, something for everyone. I would definitely return and will recommend to friends!!!!

So many great memories made and such a BEAUTIFUL property. The rec area on the riverside was perfect for our 2 and 4-year-old to play in and was a fantastic lounging area for the whole fam! Enjoying the sunsets on the beachside was breathtaking and made for a perfect ending to each day. I can't say enough how great this rental was. They thought of everything, even down to diapers and baby sunscreen! We will def be back! Worth every penny!

Most important part of this vacation rental is actually Al - the property manager. He's got to be the best property manager i have ever worked with. Every Question you can imagine has an answer in his FAQ's. Super easy to work with. Every tiny detail is thought off. We as a family just talked about his attention to detail for an hour. Lot to say about the property itself. Great one - beach on one side and river on the other. Lot of outdoor deck area to hang out and pool under a tree was superb. So many things avaiable for use - you just can have absolute peace of mind and just relax here. Publix is super close by and they had everything non-perishable stocked up. When I mean stocked up - I really mean stocked up.
All in all great place/home/service.
Thanks for the tiny treasures/gifts in the treasure box all over the home- Kids loved it.

This was the most well stocked Vrbo rental we’ve ever been to. They really aren’t kidding when they say it’s fully stocked. Everything you could possibly need is there. You just have to find it. The kids enjoyed all the board games. The treasure boxes in each room were a special touch as well. Kids and adults enjoyed opening them. There were so many places to sit outside on the decks. We enjoyed sunrise from one deck and sunset from another deck everyday. I could go on and on about all the great things with this house. Any complaints we had are minor compared to all of the amazing things this rental has to offer.

House was clean and well supplied. BHP responded quickly when notified of an issue.
The layout of the bathrooms was horrible. The sink in the master bath was tiny.
Only one bedroom closet in whole house.
These issues would stop us from returning to this house.

I travel every year with my family to different beach homes. This place definitely deserves the top 3 spots ever. We usually always do different excursions and rent stuff to entertain the family except this time! This property have everything you need to enjoy your stay and never get bored! Excellent communication!

Everything was perfect, from the house with all of the amazing amenities to the location on the beach!
We were very impressed with all of the toys/games/sports/water equipment that came with this home. The kids and adults never had a dull moment.
The property had so many hang out spots that were perfect for whatever occasion. There was a spot to watch the sunrise and set. There was a spot to watch the stars while listening to the ocean. There was a spot to have a group fire. Another spot that was great if you needed a break from the wind and wave noise. It has it all.
The team with Al Roberts is incredibly attentive and responsive. We had a small issue and they had someone come over to address it within minutes.
We would highly recommend Al Roberts and the Avalon!

When we arrived at the house there was special touches everywhere. There was a welcome basket in the table and there were treasure boxes in several rooms. The kids loved going from room to room collecting the treasures. It was so unexpected and fun.

I've used a lot of house rentals over the years and this was far and away the best equipped property I've every visited. From the beach towels, to the toiletries, to the spice rack, pots and pans, whatever it was you needed, this house had it.
And this doesn't even cover the amazing views from both the front and the back. Having both river and ocean access was amazing. When we wanted to get out on the water we had our choice between the rough white-noise ocean or the calm and serene river, each only a few steps away from the house. Couldn't have been happier with our visit.

The best outfitted family home on the beach
This property has everything you need to simply fly into town and enjoy an amazing beach experience. From paddle boards to life vest, this house allows you to either do some great fishing on the bay side or great beach side relaxing depending on which way the wind blows.
Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms with plenty of TVs and linens. Air conditioning worked great, this is absolute paramount in a this part of the country. Host is very responsive to needs. Location is fantastic, you won’t see any crowds here! Would love to book this Property again!

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING
The Avalon home exceeded our greatest expectations. The amenities listed were understated. This home has EVERYTHING you may possibly need during your stay. The home is immaculate, in a highly desired area of Hutchinson Island, allowing for your own private Beach and Riverfront play area. Our family of 4 adults and two children were more than comfortable, and loved the fact that we could each get away to our own private space if we needed some quiet time. We then entertained a large group of 17 for an Easter Party which was a huge success. The children LOVED the toys and play area on the Riverfront, the adults LOVED the evening firepit on the River Beach area, Both sunsets and sunrises were spectacular, the solitude of the beach was amazing, and the "everything is included" amenities were a welcomed but unexpected plus. Service and communication by the Property Manager was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and this management company. We are already planning for a return visit.

70th Birthday Celebration
Home has an abundance of outside recreational toys, along with inside games and puzzles. With the ocean on one side of the home and access to the river across from the home there was plenty of entertainment/ activities for this multi generational family celebration. Property manager very knowledgeable about the area, very respectful and helpful and any issue or need was responded to immediately. I should add, while the home can accommodate a large number of people, the main home only has three bedrooms that have full baths. There are other sleeping arrangements that share a hall bath. However the location, the views, the amenities, well worth a work around!

Amazing house, you won't regret your stay!
This house had everything. Spices in the kitchen, beautiful welcome baskets and grooming kits in each bathroom, everything! We really enjoyed spending time at both the beach and the bay. They were equally amazing. The area right in front of the house has a lot of rocks, which is a beautiful view, but right next to it, the water is perfect. We had a lot of little kids between the ages of 2 to 7 and it was great for us. They had a high chair, pak n play, baby gates for the stairs, all of it was ready, clean, new and available. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can't wait to come back!

Avalon was paradise!
Can’t say enough about this amazing property and all Al and his team did to make it perfect for all of us! My husband and I were there for 9 nights and had friends coming and going all week. Everyone was blown away. It’s rare to have both ocean front and a private beach/dock on the intercostal! And the putting green in the front yard and water toys (paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, etc.) put it over the top! An amazing trip!

AVALON THANKSGIVING
This is the 4th BEACH HOUSE IN PARADISE we have rented and each one is outstanding. 2021 Thanksgiving at the beach will always be remembered. Al Roberts and his crew supply everything from slippers to swim fins. The kitchen has all you can think of to prepare Thanksgiving Dinner just bring the turkey.

Relaxation at BHIP
Very happy with all aspects. One issue was mentioned to property manager and it was fixed within the hour. I had no watch so it might have been fixed within 30 minutes.
Please note if you don't read the helpful tips before going to the beaches on either side, "USE the OFF." Otherwise you will be eaten alive from the toes to the knees. This is not a property issue but life on most FL beaches.
Would we go back, YES if the calendar ever opens up with availably.
