La villa a un agencement agréable avec deux chambres, un salon, une petite cuisine et une mezzanine avec deux lits supplémentaires. La climatisation dans le salon et les chambres est efficace, apportant un soulagement lors des journées chaudes. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour nager. La plage et le supermarché à proximité.

Le propriétaire n'a pas pris de nouvelles de notre séjour, et j'ai dû le contacter pour obtenir les directives de prise des clés. Un mini-guide de la maison aurait été très utile, surtout pour des informations comme où trouver le code du WiFi et le panneau de disjoncteur. Cuisine : Très petite et peu pratique pour cuisiner. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont soit obsolètes, soit manquants, soit de mauvaise qualité. Les assiettes, fourchettes, couteaux et verres sont disparates et dépareillés, certains objets étant de si mauvaise qualité qu'ils semblaient dangereux à utiliser (surtout les couteaux). Bruit et isolation : Les fenêtres ont une mauvaise isolation, laissant passer le bruit extérieur. Chaque matin vers 8h, nous étions réveillés par des aboiements de chiens d'une ferme voisine, et des aboiements sporadiques ont continué tout au long de la journée. De plus, la route principale derrière la maison est fréquentée et bruyante. Internet et télévision : La vitesse de l'internet (4-6 Mbps) était extrêmement faible, ce qui faisait que les programmes de télévision se figeaient constamment. À certains moments, il était impossible de regarder la télévision. Propreté : Les sols n'étaient pas propres, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Marcher pieds nus rendait rapidement les pieds noirs de saleté. Équipements extérieurs : Le barbecue était en très mauvais état, plein de cendres, avec un trou recouvert d'une pierre, et des grilles sales. Nous avons dû acheter un nouveau barbecue pour profiter des grillades. Fournitures et communication : Il n'y avait pas assez de papier toilette ni de sacs poubelle pour notre séjour. La personne de contact a fourni les clés mais n'a jamais suivi avec nous pendant tout notre séjour, montrant un manque d'attention aux besoins des invités. Autres problèmes : L'annonce mentionnait un coffre-fort, mais il n'y en avait pas.

The property had an air of charm and was very welcoming to return to after days relaxing by the sea. Good location, fantastic pool and poolside area with plenty of space for dining, relaxing or if you prefer shade, both sun and shade areas.

The bathroom was spacious and had a good range of cupboards but the shower cubicle is in need of updating although it was fine and worked well, the kitchen was fine for basic cooking and everything was beautifully clean including a spotless oven but some items, like a chopping board and small saucepan would be helpful for basic meal prep.

Beautiful property on the road to Pissouri Bay (3km away). Great pool, comfortable and had all you need. We will definitely stay again.

The Villa is on the Main Road into Pissouri Bay, about 2km, a doable walk in cooler weather, but we were fortunate to have glorious weather and therefore chose to travel in by car. The lounge area was roomy and the outdoor facilities were pleasant. The pool is a good size and was cleaned 3 or 4 times while we were there, which was needed as leaves and bugs seemed very much attracted to the pool. Air conditioning throughout the Villa (except the bathroom) was well used during our stay. Theodoros responded to any questions we had very quickly. Nesting Swallows above the rear patio area and by the front door were very entertaining if a little 'messy'.

Not that we didn't like but maybe some helpful observations. There could be more information about the villa- info pack maybe or something electronic. However Theodoros was very responsive to any questions we had. The villa had all we needed for our stay (except enough hangers ;), just felt a little dated. A cover for the pool would help to keep it free of natural debris

The property is really beautiful, a lovely private pool, and a wonderful well equipped garden. The inside is also great and has two beautiful bedrooms with extra sleeping space above the living room. Air-conditioned throughout. The extras on the TV are a real bonus, as well as wine and sweets on arrival. Loved the shower and the one by the pool. The BBQ and pizza oven were great, and the owner couldn't have done enough to help, responding really quickly and even sending people over when there was any issues. Parking is perfect and the automatic lights make it super easy when coming back after dark. Perfect stay.

No travel cot or high chair, but this is just something to keep in mind when staying with young children.
