Great place to say. The host was available on call and did not get irritated at all by my enquiries.
No wifi, internet access or cable tv was available so had to make my own arrangements for content on the TV.

The location was optimal. Easy to reach and access. Very good shopping possibilities. Very modern flats.
It was very difficult to access the flat. The fridge was not working. Poor assistance from the Management. We had to move to another flat in Eros. The flat in eros was acceptable.

Just the area new by town.
Bad management, the apartment is not being taking care off. Couches dirty. Missing toilet seat cover, towels white, with marks all over.

Location. Layout, bedroom on mezzanine level, but not suitable for disabled travellers … but this group also has studios which I understand are in just one level. Easy parking once you figure out how to get in … instructions for where and how to park are poor - it needs initiative or you’ll get lost. Handy for Independence Ave, the Main Street in Windhoek. Right next door to the Hilton hotel
Security staff are quite surely and unfriendly. Had to get tough with Management about things missing when I arrived … said they could t make up deficiencies until the next day until I got very tough with them. Very ooor, unresponsive Management, which is a shame because they basically have a good product: on the whole a nicer apartment than some of the slightly aged-looking equivalents at 77 Independence Ave.

The location, after battling to find the apartments, was good. The apartments were safe and the security guards friendly.
The directions on bookings.com are totally incorrect. We had trouble finding the apartments and then to get inside and to get the keys. We rented 4 apartments.
We also had some trouble with the one apartment but it was eventually sorted out.
The lack of mirrors in the apartments also makes it troublesome for women to blow-dry hair. The lighting is also not very good.

Friendly staff, great location.
Did not look like pics, was not a spacious double level room with loft, couch was old, worn out and cushions were were uncomfortable to sit on, TV was not smart TV with Netflix as shown in pics, they had to purchase a dongle to convert to smart TV which took 2 days. Plumbing smelled like sewage, had to put plug in sink and fill with water to keep stench from filling room.

I like the location in the city and the support team.
The fact that did not have air conditioner and there were some cockroaches in the kitchen area. There was also a noise from the adjacent hotel that disturbed my sleep

It is a modern flat, architecturally very sophisticated and it is well located. It is in the centre of the city. The security guards are always welcoming.
No air conditioning, no proper sun protection curtains. The house is totally bright from the first hours and you can hardly sleep. No one cleaned the house for 3 days I stayed there.
