First had to wait 20-30 minutes for owner to pick up phone so I would get the key code, which I never received via message. Then the room was very stuffy and didn't look clean. The bathroom was not clean. Left the place since first night and had to book another hotel. Will not go back.

Well I like that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean it was not so bad and also a bit silent but only for the trams that are passing by

The check out staff treated us so bad and I'm supposed to be checked out at midday and they come in the morning knocking at the door waking me out of my sleep then another thing how can someone runs an hostel in Germany and can only speak and understand only french and Turkish like seriously and there was absolutely no patience with them for us to pack and leave and another thing is that come on how much rooms are there but only one toilet and also one shower and they are both separated from each other and also outside the rooms not to mention how the curtains was ripped down from the windows

The hostel was clean and well equipped. It was a little far from city but really comfortable. The hosts are nice and can be contacted in case of trouble.

they gave me wrong room,3. times smaller and in description there were no indication of shared bathroom with 6 rooms(!) -walls were super thin so i was hearing how neighbors were fighting till 3am -noice of trains(even with closed windows)

Wifi, cleanliness, and room size were amazing. Was a comfortable stay.

convenient 20min ride from city center

I have been charged 250€/night because every renter in Düsseldorf enjoy the K-Show and set crazy price for modest place. My room did not even have plugs for the bedside lamp... The place is overlooking a passing street where cars and train are frequent (not very quiet). There's not even a coffee, nor any service offered in the kitchen or in the bathroom... Seriously ?! If you want to rent your place and make it look like a youth hostel, then price accordingly. This is ridiculous.

Excelent Hostel, great atention and we'll come back. Very confortable rooms, and a complete kitchen. Very Good personal available.

Only the bed was comfortable but the noise and the facilities were bad.

Eveything was bad,i dont recommend it to anyone.
