This place is super nice for the price with plenty of space. There is a huge bathtub as well that we didn’t see in the listing that was a pleasant surprise.

In Texas for robotics at the Kay Bailey convention center. Great location and very safe. Easy walk around neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. A quick drive to convention center and quiet neighborhood at night. Pet friendly made this even more appealing. I would suggest a blind or curtain for front door or windows to give a little more privacy and maybe thicker blinds upstairs to block out lights. Garage is tight be we parked an Expedition Max inside so it can be done just takes a little navigating. Street parking can be tricky and its a shared driveway so unless you pull into the garage everytime you will need to use street parking. House is large and plenty of room. Many updates have been made and seems like more are being made. Worked great for our needs. Would recommend and stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks for the great communication during the entire stay.

Our stay was good! I would recommend that you have a small supply of coffee for your coffee pots. I travel with K-cups, but I did not have the coffee or filters for your particular kind of pots. Hotels and a lot of VRBOs provide at least a small amount of coffee. Maybe buy a Keurig coffee pot and let people know what kind of coffee pot is available.

We left the towels in the washer and turned the washer on to wash. We also put our trash in the large outside trash can.

We loved staying at this beautiful property, conveniently located in the downtown area. The neighborhood is super cute, quiet and safe, and the home is perfect for a family or a few adults looking to get away. I especially appreciated the regular and clear communications I received throughout the process of booking and time of our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

House is perfect for family. Clean, spacious and great location to walk to bar, food and coffee. The garage is no joke as others have spoken about. In a narrow driveway with 4 other garages. Don’t let that deter your stay though. Always street parking available. Our family truly enjoyed our stay!

Our ministry team enjoyed a two day retreat in Dallas at this beautiful home! Very roomy and relaxing. Excellent communication!
The only drawback was the "twin beds" in two of the bedrooms. For an adult their "twin bed" is not comfortable. It is not a bed so don't expect that. It is more like a chair that folds down, but really needs a mattress or something to make it more comfortable. A child would be fine, but not great for an adult. Outside of that, great experience and location!

The house was as advertised and was very nicely renovated. It is in a great location convenient for walking around uptown. We all liked the house very much and I would stay here again.
The 2-car garage is a plus, though a bit tight and larger vehicles will have a difficult time getting in and out.
I took off one star only for the checkin/checkout process. This property is managed by a company, which you only find out after a nonrefundable booking, and the company refers you to their own website with its own set of requirements. This website worked poorly for me, at first not giving me an entry code hours before we were to arrive, and not allowing me to enter a checkout when we left. However, on the plus side, the owners were prompt to reply to the Vrbo messages and checkin turned out OK in the end. A lot of needless fuss having their own website separate from Vrbo.

The house has plenty of space. It was clean and located in a walkable area. There are lots of eateries and options for fun things to do. Getting in the garage is tricky- very tight fit. I drive a full size SUV and was able to so it’s possible after a four point turn.
The property management was lightning fast in their responses and even checked in on me during my stay to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend!

We had such a great time last year, we booked again for this year. It’s a very nice property in a great location. The home is very clean and the communication with the host is easy. Absolutely no problems during our stay. We will definitely seek out this home next year.

The home was well equipped and had fabulous space. The location and neighborhood is a 10 plus plus!
When the only thing the home needs is a few extra towels you know you have stayed in a wonderful rental. We were extremely happy with the comfort and ease of this home. Not a good place if you ate loud and disrespectful of other homeowners. This is a thriving neighborhood with lots of foot traffic and zero lot lines.

Nice place
Convenient location. We were there over the weekend and it gets pretty loud and rowdy at night. Lots of traffic and young people who love to party. Bring ear plugs!!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting our kids in Dallas. The house is in a wonderful location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything within the house was in very good condition, well stocked, and quite comfortable. We look forward to returning!
