We had 4 adults / 4 kids and the house was perfect and very spacious for our week long stay. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the needed cookware and utensils. The crockpot came in handy too! The kitchen is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything from the door code to the remote controls for the TVs worked without a glitch. It was nice to have pool towels provided too. I really have no complaints about the property or the rental process.

The house was perfect for our golf trip!!! Very clean and open with plenty of room for us. Location was easy access to local shops and stores and a quick ride to get to the highway. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

My family gathered to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and pool was the highlight! Great space for our group, close to beach and eateries! It’s hard when you pick a place for a group to get all you need but this place checked all of the boxes and I was pleased!

This was a week-long three-generation family trip.The property was exactly as represented in the photos and was a perfect combination of attractive and comfortable. For our group, which included young kids, the pool fence was a must. Management was super-responsive to our needs as we planned the trip as well as once we were on site. The house was very clean and exactly as displayed on the website. Although no jacuzzi, the pool was warm and house was cozy. The noise restrictions were strict but we managed well.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house appears to be an older house but updated with newer amenities. The covered patio and pool were great. Enjoyed that each bedroom had its own smart tv. Chairs would have been nice in the bedrooms(not a fan of having to sit on the bed) There are a lot of places to eat and grocery stores close to the house. The beach was not very far from the house. Our family ranged from age 7 to 89 and everyone had a good time. The host was very attentive. Thank you for making Vaca2023 GREAT.

The house looks just as pictured online. It was very clean inside and outside by pool area. Day 2 the stovetop stopped working in the middle of us cooking breakfast. We called property manager. She responded very quickly and sent maintenance over within 15 minutes. He was unable to repair it and no one could come out until Monday. Management solved our issue by bringing 2 electric double stovetop brand new. They work just like the stovetop. I would recommend this place.

This was a great trip. The property is well equipped. Probably the best kitchen and grill setup we have had at any property we stayed. The key is the pool safety fence. This assured us that our kids would only be able to get to the pool with an adult. All around wonderful property.

We enjoyed staying here and would do so again! The house was very clean and spacious with nice kitchen amenities including beach towels. We appreciated the mini toiletries in the bathrooms until we could get to the store. We enjoyed swimming and laying out at the pool. Grill was great to cook our fresh fish. We walked to the grocery store and to the beach, location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood.

The property was exactly as described/pictured on website! Our error for thinking there was a hot tub - picture looks like it but description clearly does not list a hot tub. We had several questions upon arrival and those were answered by management in a very timely manner. Neighborhood was quiet and location of property is close to a very large variety of attractions/dining options. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and fairly spacious. There weren't any issues per se and the listing was not misleading.

Check-in was very easy and the pictures are almost identical to the real thing. It is a very beautiful house and a great spot to just hang out in if you don’t want to go to the local shops and restaurants. Property manager was very quick at responding to any questions I had. Recommend 100%

We arrived from Houston. Walked in home and was perfect. After 17 hour drive the kids enjoyed the pool as soon as we got there. We went to the Florida keys. Miami Hollywood board walk all over. This home is location only took us 30-1 hr to get everywhere we went. Will deff be back to this one. Great communication and great time for my family.

Perfect house for large groups
This house is perfect for 5 couples. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool. It has a large open living room/dining room/kitchen. Great location and easy to get around. Alex was awesome to work with and we had such a great time. Thank you! Karen

The was great rental. I have already recommended this house to two of my friends. We were 10 people and had plenty of room. House was big and spacious. Pool was great. Hollywood rentals were so professional and nice when we needed something. Literally no complaints. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a family!
This place is exactly what we needed for our family. The house is spotless! There is a pack n play, crib, and high chair for younger children. The pool has a safety gate around it so the kids could play outside without worrying. The host was available whenever I had a question. The house was ready for us earlier than check in time. There are plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, toiletries. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and close to stores and the beach. I highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it again!

The Stay, the pictures
Viewing the pictures threw the app doors nothing for in person. This house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.. The response was very responsive to the point and the location was surrounded by everything. This was our 1st girls trip and I had the job of picking out our stay. Ev1 had there own space, room, and even bathrooms. The living area and kitchen was just perfect with right amount of space and all the top of the line dishware. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND them to anyone traveling to the Miami area.

only issue I had was that while I had stepped out someone stopped by claiming they were the owner and spoke to my 24 year old son about the parking situation. I would have thought that if he had a problem he should have called me since i was the person who rented the property not my son.
