Perfect location for family vacation. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Upgraded appliances and washer and dryer. We will be back!

We rented this for my parents’ anniversary. Overall we were very happy with the experience. The air conditioning was a disappointment. The thermostat was set at 70, but the space stayed in the high 70’s throughout. We had to leave the balcony doors open. Three oscillating fans were provided which made it bearable.

We loved the view and how convenient it was to get around. The beach, amusement park, arcades, boardwalk, and walking distance to the bay. The place had almost everything except oven mitts. The rooms were roomy and beds comfortable. We quite enjoyed our stay here. I knocked off one star because the floors were so dirty as if it wasn’t mopped. My kids feet were black. There’s also only 2 parking spaces and we had 3 cars. We ended up parking close to the bay (found a sign with no time limit). We would stay here again if we were back in OC and being indoor slippers for everyone.

The condo was fantastic. We loved all the artwork, especially the paintings in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple options for making coffee - I was so glad for the French press! The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations in the guide and tried a couple that are new favorites!
One concern regarding check-in: We arrived between 5-6pm (so not super late) and had to pick up remotes and parking passes from a shared lock box outside the Vacasa office. There were many envelopes for renters - with names clearly visible to anyone opening the lockbox (as well as possible tailgaters). There was no security to make sure people picked up the correct envelopes or make sure the building and unit codes were not viewed by unauthorized persons. I hope this process is improved before our next trip to OC!

The place is great! Very comfortable and spacious. Pictures match exactly and the location is ideal. The Vacasa service, however, was disappointing. Quick to respond for sure, but with scripted pleasantries rather than actual intent to resolve issues or queries. We had two access code issues (lobby and gym) that weren’t resolved for the duration of our stay. I’d recommend this unit to anyone, but get it through another service if you can.

This condo is fantastic! Perfect location on the boardwalk, gorgeous oceanfront view, upscale but comfortable decor. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing long weekend.

Hi, we loved the view. Everything is conveniently located just a walk away. The Boardwalk, Beach, Ocean, Fishing Pier, The inlet for the White marlin open and food and restaurants. Just a beautiful relaxing vacation. The cleaning crew could of did a better job before we got there, but overall it was awesome!

This property is fantastic! Sunsets and sunrises on the balcony are spectacular. The owners have provided the best amenities for their customers, including the use of an Nespresso coffee machine. The comfortable furnishings, the artwork, the beautiful use of color throughout the unit is done with class. Ocean City has beautiful parks, great dining options, and more. Can’t wait to return!

Family FUN!
This condo is perfect for a family vacation. The location is amazing and there's lots of space for everyone! The kitchen is well stocked for the cook in the group and the binoculars were an added perk to enjoy the beautiful view!! The only disappointing comment: the condo was not ready for the 4:00 check-in 😔

Unit 805 was great for our large family. Open kitchen area/living room was a great area for everyone to hang out. The balcony is a nice size and a great place to relax.

Perfect OC Getaway
This unit was wonderful! Even nicer than the pictures and usually it's the other way around. Every room of the condo is beautifully decorated and the level of comfort in every area was top notch. We had wonderful family meals and game nights thanks to the well equiped kitchen and dining area. We also enjoyed our time on the fabulous deck. Beds were very comfortable as well. The only downside was that our week went by much too fast.

Great location and lots of space!
The location and space of the rental are the biggest selling point for the property. The check in process could be better in that you have to wait until 4, sometimes up to 7pm to check in. They should be able to keep each rental separate in the system and notify each tenant when cleaning is finished as opposed to not allowing anyone in until at least 4pm. And then they do not contact you when it’s ready and you have to just check back in. Also when we got into the rental, it didn’t look cleaned. It was picked up but trash bag still in the container and sand and dirt in the floor. In order to feel comfortable with moving there for the week, we had to do accept clean ourselves. This is unfortunate since we waited so long to check in, for the very reason of cleaning the property.
Overall happy with the stay.

Location was in the heart of the boardwalk!
This property was right where everything was happening. Evenings were very noisy because of that. This condo was beautiful but very dirty. We were asked to sign a waiver saying we were ok with it not being cleaned. I refused. So they went and checked our condo, lied and said it had been cleaned. I will not stay again. It felt very unsafe especially during covid. You would think they would be cleaning extra with a pandemic.

Pros: nice, spacious condo, great views, secure parking garage, and great location
Cons: not well cleaned and fairly noisy from the boardwalk.
We would definitely stay here again if they hire a better cleaning service. Everything else was really nice at the condo.

Beautiful Condo
I attempted to book through the vantage property management company as I do every year, and had a poor experience this year so I decided to try vrbo. Disappointed they only allow for weekly stays. The pandemic is the only reason we were able to stay the week and we come every year. The toilet, microwave, and sliding door issues had issues. I called for sliding door Tuesday and they did not come until Friday. We checked out Saturday. Maintenance appeared unannounced to fix the microwave and unannounced again to fix the sliding door. Aside from those things, this was the nicest condo we've stayed in, and we stay in the building every year.

Perfect condo right on the beach! Elegant yet whimsical, this rental is perfect for everything from a family to a girls trip. The beds are sooo comfortable. The kitchen is stocked (so much better than anything else i`ve stayed in) from spices to pots/pans and utensils. There is an amazing coffee station with NESPRESSO for mornings and a beautiful bar area for later in the day :) I could go on and on. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I travel to OC.

This gem was a perfect retreat for us in the off season. We had four adults and it was incredibly spacious. The beds are very comfortable, the decor is GORGEOUS, you’ve got perfect views and you can literally walk to everything. I can’t say enough great things about this unit, we will be coming back for years to come. Definitely the best listing in OC.
