넓은 테라스, 도보로 텐진이나 하카타 갈 수 있는 적당한 위치(그러나 걷는게 싫은 사람은 둘다 애매한 위치), 카날시티 가까움. 룸 컨디션 나쁘지 않음.

에어컨 소리 너무 심각합니다. 수리가 필요해요. 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도의 에어컨 소음.

湯船の排水溝の詰まりで水が溜まってた。 排水溝のドブの臭いがひどかった。 トイレの便座のネジが外れてて、便座が座れない程グラグラしてた。

Very good location.

As it is unmanned, you need to take all the belongings away after checkout. The checkout time was 10am and our flight was 4pm, that means we have to carry the luggages until flight checkin time. The toothpaste was way too little, just barely enougg for two nights stay, and there was no extra to take. You will need to have some spare if planning to stay longer.

Had a terrace and many amenities for a good price. Located on a side street near many restaurants and street food near bridge with lovely view.

I stay here due to the location of the hotel, it is close to the areas that i visit when in the area

The hotel is perfectly located in Fukuoka. It has a magnificent view towards the Canal City building, in general during the night, it is really really beautiful. On top of that, the hotel is not far from Hakata station. Everything met my expectations. The beds were soft, the room well equipped, there were sufficient amenities. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. The automatic check-in was really easy, as was the check-out.

This isn't about what I didn't like, more about what to expect in that part of the city. Because the hotel is located in a more lively part of the city, during the night, it is quite normal for there to be some noise, music, working people trying to relax, youngsters living their lives and other...nightly activities. Anyway, some of the neighbors were a bit loud, but that was hardly a problem.

Het bed was echt heel comfortabel and the view was amazing!!

We stayed for a long period (15 days) and we wouldve liked to have the room cleaned in between somewhere.

it’s close to canal city and other sightseeing spots. Room is spacious and neat. Lots of mirrors. The view of the river was amazing.

The bathroom/restroom door was a frosted glass. I wish we had more privacy.

It is very spacious and has a good view of the river and the Canal City

The curtain was dusty. In addition, while knowing that they do not provide room cleaning service, they declined to at least collect the garbage after staying for how many nights knowing that it does tend to smell after some time and they just said to keep it inside the room until checkout.
