The apartment was so peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The apartment was superbly equipped and very comfortable.

The location was perfect for us because we flew into Norwich, hired a car and spent a lot of time in Wroxham plus the apartment is very quiet and really comfortable.

There was nothing wrong with the place as far as we were concerned.

Amazing find! The property was perfect for my needs. I stay near Norwich often and have already booked this again for my next trip. Great use of the space available. Lovely touches to make it feel like home. Peaceful and secure. Excellent all round!

The only one minor was the shower pressure but honestly that didn't deter me from booking again.

The property was outstanding. More then what I could wish for. You are greeted with the most beautiful aroma when you enter the property, it is light and airy. You have everything you need in the kitchen . As well as a wonderful Touch which included milk, a bottle of water and biscuits. We was also greeted to slippers a little chocolates that were delicious. The bed was wonderfully comfortable where I slept like a log. Greg is great, constantly in touch and making sure we were ok and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for much more from a wonderful host and an exceptional property.

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Beautifully furnished and equipped to perfection. So many tittle touches that made the stay even more special. The host was so polite and friendly. Almost tempted not to give this review as we are so looking forward to staying there again, we don't want anyone else snapping it up before we book it...! Joking aside, this has got to be one of the best places we've ever visited. It thoroughly deserves the excellent reviews it's got and in our opinion is a definite 10/10. Thank you Greg, and see you again soon.

What didn't we like..? Having to pack everything into the car and come home again, that's all.

Amazing location with a beautifull studio apartament . You have Everything you need in that studio and is perfect for a relaxing time .

The cost and location were perfect for visiting our friends in Sprowston.

Great studio apartment, well equipped. Very clean, friendly host. Private parking spot. Good WiFi and TV.

Not walking distance to any shops or pubs. The bathroom light is on a motion detector, so any movement in the studio turns it on, and it stays on for several minutes. Very inconvenient at night, but if you keep the door shut, then the bathroom gets very cold. Not a deal breaker, but wastes electricity.

Quite location and, although small, perfect for our requirements. Clean and cosy.

Great location but beware it’s off a narrow lane with a blind bend and not signposted as being your destination. We only found it by the pained number on the wheelie bin being still on the roadside. Nice apartment, really clean, comfortable bed.

The bathroom light was a real nuisance. The bathroom door is virtually at the foot of the bed and whenever you opened it the light automatically came on. No way to switch it off. Visits to the bathroom in the middle of the night woke up the person still in bed and also the person paying a visit. Normally you would sneak in and out while trying to stay half asleep. Also there is no access to the garden via the kitchen door. Not feasible to use the seating area allocated to the apartment for eating/carrying everything to the outside table but okay for drinks only. No socket for hairdryer anywhere near a mirror at a sensible height for drying long hair. You would have to stand and it takes me around 20-30 mins to dry my hair.

How clean and comfortable it was.Also providing us with a pint of milk and bottle of water.
