Property was super clean, incredible interior design. Main living area very spacious with great flow! Fully renovated, upscale appliances and plenty of storage space. Great mud room with double washer and dryer set! Back yard nice for a BBQ gathering and playing corn hole with the family. Upstairs space with 3 bedrooms Up stairs (Queens) with loft area great sleeping space and TV. . King Master w/en-suite downstairs for convenience! Double pad drive made it perfect for our vehicles. We will definitely book again when our travels bring us back to Lexington.

Family from 26 to 86 years old met for my daughters wedding in Lexington The house was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was prompt and always helpful. The home was open plenty of seating , nicely furnished with marvelous beds throughout. Parking for 6 cars a plus. Highly recommend it and thank you for sharing

Excellent experience. The house was just what my family needed to enjoy some time together over the holidays. Host Seth communicated all the necessary information and was available if we needed anything. The home was well equipped and plenty of space for 10 adults the neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be a return visitor.

We can down from canada to go to the keeneland sale. We absolutely loved this home. The decor was so beautiful and felt so homey. It was very close to restaurants that you could walk and only about 5 min drive to the sales! We will be back!!

Property was clean and neat. It provided great location in Lexington from which we were able to go to dinner,see the sights and get to Keeneland Track. Communication was good and we had no issues during our stay

10 people for a 60th birthday celebration, close to everything….. Keeneland, OBC kitchen….comfy beds, plenty of room to eat- sleep- relax- and celebrate! We will be back!

The home is beautiful and well maintained with plenty of space for my large family. We were close to restaurants and attractions in the Lexington area. We really enjoyed the deck, first time seeing a chipmunk for this Texan! Kids were enthralled by the fireflies that appeared in the backyard at night. Seth was very friendly and offered lots of helpful information. I especially appreciate the QR code/app for the ins and our of the house rules and tips. Had a great time!

Location, location, location - The three best reasons to enjoy a property, especially one as clean and attractive as this recently refurbed home. Just a couple of minutes from Lexington's Circle Hwy almost every destination was just 5 to 7 minutes away including the Bourbon Trail, shopping, university and downtown. This home had the most comfortable beds I have experienced while traveling. The clean, modern, open floor plan made the stay enjoyable and the soundproofing was excellent! Thank you.

This house was renovated and looks brand new. Everything was modern and pleasant. We had 3 families with kids staying together and there was plenty of space for all. The host had excellent communication and answered a question for us promptly. Outdoor space was cute but we couldn't enjoy it because of horrible storm. The location was centrally located and had everything we needed close by. I would definitely recommend this house!

We loved this home during our stay for US Dressage Finals at the Kentucky horse park. It was about 20 minutes from park. The home was clean, easily acessible, welcoming, well decorated and in safe area. The kitchen had many amentitis. The beds were large comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay in the home for furture horse shows. Communications were detailed and easy to follow.

The house is optimized for sleeping comfort with 5 bedrooms and a total of 6 beds (4 kings and 2 queens). The living space is comfortable. The laundry machines are impressive. Seth was very responsive and supplied a hair dryer for the house. The neighborhood was quiet.

Upon arrival, the home looks brand new and very nice. We did have trouble figuring out the coded lock but once you punch in the number give it 1 sec then open. The description of the home is lacking important information: there is 2 &1/2 bathrooms not just 1. Also, there are 4 bedrooms with King beds as well as 2 kings in a landing area upstairs. So technically, this is a great house for 6 couples! The home needs hooks in bedrooms to hang towels on and more in the bathrooms. It’s nice to have a washer & dryer with supplies provided as well as shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. You will need to bring any and all items to cook with… no spices, oil, spray, foil etc. Pots and pans are provided. Overall, the home is in the center of a variety of entertainment: Bourbon Trail, Wineries, Civil War cites, Churchill Downs, Louisville Park, Breweries… an adult playground. I highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!

My daughters and I enjoyed very much the home. Needed some time away from Texas. Seth was very rapid in helping us with access and a small issue of bugs. I'm not a bug person so I tend to dislike them. I do regret the home not having any condiments at least (salt and pepper) We had to buy them. I love to cook so that was a down for me but maybe not all AIrBNB provide them. I did end up leaving several things because I could not bring them back with me. The other thing we dislike was that we did not have privacy at night time. The front window of the home has no blinds or curtains. I would suggest having them. It helps us have that private time away from neighbors and cars passing by. I'm also a ready but couldn't have my coffee time outside as seen on the back patio. The furniture was very dirty. But I can honestly say, the home was very beautiful and well maintain inside. Seth was quick in responding when I reached out. Would I use it again? Yes I would, I would just suggest the curtains as plus. Planning a future trip but with more of my family so I can show them around. Kentucky is beautiful. Thanks Seth for all.
