Just location, the rest was very poor quality. Broken door, i had to keep my stuff in the car😔

Nothing it was as basic as it gets The only good thing was the late check out 4pm . But you can’t check in until 6pm

Toilet seat broken Blinds broken Door so stiff . Had to kick too open Another guest constantly hogged the front room.and coughed constantly. Accidentally left my expensive, duel fast charge I phone charger, despite ringing to inform them within 30 mins of realising. They denied it was there ,or the cleaner stole it , guess I’ll never know . I wouldn’t stay here again for sure. Only stay if you have no alternative. It’s not even worth the £34 I paid

The Staircase is an accident waiting to happen. Steep with shallow steps covered by an I'll fitting carpet. Also no towels provided. That's fine but flag it up please

Lovely place to stay

The location was walkable to town. The room I had was downstairs (unlike in other reviews), a good option if you cannot climb stairs. I appreciated the privacy of a double bed in a room all to myself at a cheap price, with keys to lock it. I liked the access to a kitchen, public spaces were clean. There was also a desk and good internet connection, a wardrobe and mirror. The check in and check out texts I received were very informative so it was an easy process! The late check in and check out suited me. The host was friendly too.

Incessant noise, couldnt sleep all night because of other tenants having a party. You can hear everything even when sleeping in war plugs. Smell of heavy smoke inside. Bathroom left dirty and unhygenic. Bedsheets did not seem changed.

The owner was very helpful and informative which was great. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and desk with chair. Free wifi was great and the location was very desirable as it wasvery close to centre and canal entrance (which had great cafes, shops and scenery).

The bathroom was shared and a little bit run down, there was no toilet paper to my knowledge but it could have been somewhere that I did not see so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

it was filthy. there were spider webs in the room. there were body hairs in the bedding. in the toilet there were spiders and bugs everywhere. it was so hard to stay there even for one night. it really needs to proper cleaning.

stairs were very steep and the toilet was annoying but apart from that it’s a cheap room to stay for a few days which is what we needed.

The pictures shown on this advert ARE NOT OF THE HOUSE, no towel provided, no lock on communal bathroom/toilet door no coat hangers in wardrobe, picture of bathroom in advert is not the bathroom in the property, same with the kitchen, pictures show a garden area and a room with a TV and couch... The garden at the property was overgrown and must have been left for years and the room with couch and TV is a total fabrication, house was cold and damp, told not to mess with heating settings but the heating was set to never come on, was an older woman staying in ground floor bedroom who had to go out and buy a blanket for her 2nd night as she was that cold in the night, advert is very misleading, at the very least you should be able to lock the door while you have a shower in a shared house, if I had a bigger van with me I would of rather slept in that

Everything else was dirty, 1 toilet paper roll ration per day for 3 to 5 people staying. It ran out every day. No proper cleaning was done in the 4 days I was there. Bed base broken. I spoke to the owner and gave him feedback re cleaning but it was not actioned.

The fact it was quiet

The water system was completely broken causing a flood at nearly 1 in the morning to which me and another guest had to clean ourselves there was mold behind the beds and it was never warm there was a draft from every window and we were bot allowed to touch the heating
