Dave’s property was wonderful! Spacious, updated, cozy, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. From kitchen items to beach towels, toys, chairs and beyond —there really was nothing missing. Dave was great and easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and he let us check in early. We stayed as a family including young children and it was the perfect space. We hope to stay again!

The three bedroom layout was really nice, with a living area that felt spacious. We enjoyed our visit!

Hi, We were please with the inside of the condo. However, we did have trouble with the smoke alerts going off numerous times. Also the view was not even close to what was shown. and the furniture on the balcony left a lot to be desired. We did however really enjoy St. Joseph, and will come again. thank you

We loved the openness and brightness of the condo. Everything and more as advertised was available, they even had beach chairs, towels, and toys available. Rooms were spacious and bright. Only drawback is the view from the windows, but do NOT let that stop you from enjoying the convienience and beauty of this stay. David was helpful, polite, and had excellent suggestions for where to go and eat. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.

This is the second straight year that my daughters and I have stayed at this property. We love it so much, that we will de definitely be back for a third straight year. The owner of the property keeps you updated every step of the way and the check in, is an easy process. Once inside you have ever amenity at your disposal. Three separate bedrooms, definitely accommodated my daughters and I. They supply you with everything you need, including trash bags, beach towels, laundry detergent, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. Literally anything you need, they have it there for you. And the location is phenomenal. You are within 5-10 minutes of the beach and downtown, where there are many restaurants and shops to choose from (also be on the lookout for hidden beaches. There are many to choose from and less crowded than the main one). The only con I would give it, is that the parking space inside is a little tight (even the host tells you that). Which really isn’t an issue, because there is one outside that you can use. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to do so in the future!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and in a great location! It’s just a half mile drive to all the downtown shops and bluff. The beach is right below the bluff area! The room was absolutely perfect with very nice accommodations. We even got to park one of our cars in a locked garage with the other just right outside in a private parking lot. The host answered any questions I had very quickly! We will definitely stay here again! It’s a beautiful condo!!

The condo was as described, clean, easy to locate, accessible for food and activities and the layout was just right for our family/friend group.

Tucked in between the marina, an art school, and the parks department is this nice building of condos. It’s clean, comfortable, and well furnished. It’s within walking distance of a nice park for kids and the city center is walkable for adults, though not for our two year olds. No matter though, we needed to drive to the beach to haul all out stuff, and some of the beach chairs and toys they provided. There was a giant bag of beach toys, 4 chairs, and several wave boards. All helpful. The city is great with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities for kids to keep everyone entertained. The beach is truly better than expected. We only went to Silver beach but heard others just north were equally as nice, though without some of the noise. We’ll be back in St Joseph’s again as the kids get older.

The space was clean and the property was a short bike ride into town. We especially appreciated the extra amenities including beach gear.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. 2 couples, plenty of room. Condo well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The proximity to downtown St. Joe was perfect. We could easily walk to and from. Garage parking spot was a plus. David was prompt with communication and everything was as advertised. Would stay here again.

The property was lovely, clean, updated and convenient. It was nice to find a 3 bedroom and it is larger than it looks. The balcony had a nice view of the river. The living room furniture was very comfortable for TV viewing. We could walk to downtown or there was easy parking by the beaches

What a wonderful condo - exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Great communication and just as described with secure, easy parking. Very comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

This location is just minutes from downtown, is has indoor parking and loved the master, kitchen and the 2 guest bedrooms.

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a great girlfriends weekend doing wine tasting at 7 local wineries. The unit was perfect and very well maintained.

We had an excellent stay in the St Joe area. The weather could not have been better. The condo was just as expected and perfect for us. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to sit back and relax. Thank you. We have already discussed coming back to this location next fall.

This was our second time staying here. My six year old has asked to come back ever since our stay last year (asks to go back to this condo specifically, not just to Michigan). It’s the perfect set up for families with young children (would be great for adults too) - so much space. So many beach supplies in the closet - the sand toys kept my kids happy for hours yesterday. The owner is extremely responsive, awesome communication. 10/10 would come back again and already sent the listing to a friend today!

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend. We came up a few days early and did a short day trip to Grand Rapids to see the Gerald Ford Museum and enjoyed the city with great food and scenic views. Then we spent a day hiking in the St. Joseph / Dowagiac region and another day exploring all of the lovely shops, beach and eateries downtown St. Joseph. The condo was beautiful and a nice size. My brother-in-law came up for just the weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are all a nice size and have tv's in each of them. I loved the large jetted tub in the master. We have stayed in quite a few time/share rentable properties and this one, by far, had the most comfortable furniture we have ever experienced. There is a decent view of the river and it is right next door to a notable restaurant called Clementine's. The entrance in and out of the garage is a little tricky but it felt very safe. There is a fantastic art gallery just a couple of blocks down the street. Our only improvement area's would be clearer instructions on how to use the app to get in and out of the garage and a little better communication. We did not get any check-in info until the day before and that was only after I sent an urgent message advising we were getting ready to leave and would have limited email access. The property manager did respond promptly though. All in all, we would still rate this property a 5/5. And we would absolutely recommend it to all of our friends and family and anyone who is looking at this listing. -L. Ehrenberg, Indianapolis, IN

This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was comfortable.

We were very impressed with this property! We found it more spacious than the pictures show - plenty of room for my husband, two little ones, and me. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We opted to drive to the beach, but it's definitely within walking distance to downtown and the beach if you don't mind a little hill :) The owner also had beach chairs and toys to use for the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Everything about the condo was great. Clean, roomy, easy to find and in close proximity to downtown. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Checking in and out we're incredibly simple, the host was super helpful and easy to deal with. Place was clean and the location was great, just a short walk to downtown St. Joe. Although you will have to drive to the beach. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

The property is beautiful! Photos on the listing do not represent well…. the condo is open floor plan, bright with daylight, master on one side, other two bedrooms & bath on the other. The balcony offers view of the river & marina. All of downtown & silver beach is walking distance from this location! Will definitely return!

It was very nice and clean. There is no view and no pool. The décor was very nice. Well stocked on everything. We would go back again but may reconsider because of no view.

It was our first time visiting St. Joseph, and we were very pleased with our stay. With two toddlers, we appreciated the beach toys and towels. It was very comfortable and close to everything.
