Restaurant was very good.

Showers and shower tile not clean.

My husband and I have wanted to stay here for years. We finally scheduled this for a back to school weekend trip. Check in was great and we were satisfied with the room. Loved the outdoor pool. We can’t believe that this is the only decent hotel in the area with an outdoor pool. That’s why we stayed here. What went sour for us was the experience we had when the power went out. I understand, it was out of their control. The receptionist in the evening of 8/12 and the morning of 8/13 had the “oh well it’s not our fault” attitude. No compensation except basically telling guests they’d refund the night if they left on Monday. That wasn’t an option for us. They could have even offered a credit to their restaurant and I would have been fine. It’s the fact that they couldn’t have cared less about the experience their paying guests had. They wrote my number down for a manager to call me, because they were too busy Tuesday to assist with any guests. Still haven’t heard anything and not really expecting to (5 days since we left). Honestly the way this situation was handled will be enough for us not to return unfortunately.

I would suggest installing safety bar in showers & high toilets in all bathrooms

Stayed at this property one year ago and definitely noticed a big difference. Undergoing construction and we were given a room that lacked the furniture and amenities we paid for; we asked for a different room resulted in a two hour wait. No coffee makers in rooms guests were asked to go down to vine restaurant between hours of 6-930( very inconvenient). Housekeeping sub par we emptied our own garbage and got new glasses off cart after being gone all day with no service. Water taxi hours cut substantially and shuttle stopped running at 9 pm. Rooms very overpriced for amenities received.

Very beautiful place. Front desk wasnt very friendly at check in,but nice place. Room had a weird smell but the balcony was nice.

Great place to stay! Restaurant was amazing, plenty of chairs at the pool, and outside bar/music was convenient and fun!

This hotel is nice. Bikes are available. The pool is small, but fun. Jacuzzi is nice.

Beautiful place to stay in St. Joe’s! Service was amazing, room with harbor view patio was lovely, and the restaurant was great! Loved our little lakeside escape and can’t wait to return!

I absolutely loved this place! Everything was clean. I loved the atmosphere! The staff was absolutely amazing. Loved the bike rentals, we biked all over St. Joseph. Would absolutely stay again.

Best customer service my only complaint is they wasn’t much furniture! I mean no dressers a safe on top of a frig that barely sat properly and almost smashed my foot. I understand that the floor was remodeled but honestly should have not rented rooms that are not finished.

The property at the Inn is wonderful. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and well maintained. Amenities were great except would have like in room coffee option. Great options for meals. Housekeeping was not as good as expected.

Staff nice and helpful. Food pricey and mediocre. Bath needed renewing and sink drained slowly and backed up after running water short time.

What a wonderful little escape

The staff, particularly Erika and Anthony, were wonderful about check-in. They made it easy and effortless. Beautiful property and well maintained.

Room was under renovation and the discount did not seem consummate with the condition of the room. Also much of the gym equipment was at least a decade old. At almost $500 per night the room was not worth the condition and at most $300. Temp light, no storage, no closet, really bad room condition for the cost.

This was our first time here. We got complimentary margaritas when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. We liked the pool area. They had a musician every night. We liked dining by the water at Planks.

Great staff and beautiful view of the harbor

Pray you don’t have noisy neighbors or children screaming. The walls are thin and the doors are cut to clear floors so you have 1 inch to 2 inch gaps. Not great. We had to run our computer to make background noise to drown out the screaming child next door. Called the front desk they said they would not move us just monitor the noise for us. Really.

My boyfriend and myself had a wonderful day at this hotel the people were so outgoing and charming professional and very helpful our room was incredible with a water view close to everything downtown with a shuttle we will definitely be back.

We only come for one evening for a wedding and we’re in our room about 10 hours. The accommodations were fine but way too pricey.

Beautiful property with a cute indoor and outdoor pool and delicious restaurants. Very family friendly place and a quick walk to the lake. Would stay here again.

Staff at the door, front desk, Tavern, were all friendly, welcoming, & helpful. Very clean/updated room. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in many years.

It was a probably the nicest hotel in the area. Our room wasn't clean though.. there was cherrios on the floor they didn't vaccum, who knows what else they didn't do.
