Room was an upgrade corner two bedroom. Very large.

Our great experience started with Allison at the desk. She was so sweet and even printed a map for us to Tosi's, Our room was so spacious and so clean!!! I felt so comfortable there that I told my husband several times that it would be a perfect apartment for us! We ate out on the veranda (stuffed French toast) which was amazing, and Lela was friendly and explained items on the menu so nicely. We love The Boulevard Inn and would stay there again. Thanks.

Wonderful Inn to relax in downtown St. Joe. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful meal, great room, and the Library area is peaceful and lovely. Staff is exceptionally accommodating. Right near the lake. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff, Mary and Peggy were great! Mary went above and beyond for us! We couldn’t find parking so she went out to try and save us a spot when someone pulled out.She was great! Expedia even gave us a $25 food voucher. Cons-The parking on weekends is terrible. We had a wet sticky spot by the door. We just covered it with a towel. I let them know when we left. We had a great stay. I highly recommend!

Very spacious room, with extra sitting area and full size fridge - microwave. Well located right in the heart of St Joe, and our room had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Could easily be comfortable for small family. Clean and recently renovated. Oh, and the restaurant is fantastic!

Love this hotel. Received $25.00 voucher and used it at The Bistro. Food is amazing, we ate there twice and you get a 10 percent discount since being a guest at the hotel. Location is perfect. We will return.

This was our 3rd summer at the Blvd. No complaints. It’s clean. The staff is so friendly, polite, and helpful. When we had a problem with our TV, someone responded immediately and had it working well. Excellent location and each room is equipped with a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and a full size fridge (no cooktop). I would highly recommend staying here.

Felt very comfortable

Wonderful visit but the coffee maker did not work and the outlets were not all functional. My plug actually fell out of the electrical outlet. No USB ports

Mary at the front desk was wonderful upon checkin but the day staff was not as friendly.

Booked a quick weekend getaway, a bit last-minute. Our dinner and wine at the bistro were quite good, and our server friendly and helpful. Enjoyed that the restaurant was just downstairs from our room. Room was very clean, and relatively quiet given that it was so close to the elevators and a soda machine; did hear some road noise, the train, and a little noise from upstairs that woke us up. The view of the lake from the 4th floor was mostly obscured by trees. Given that, the location of the room, the busier street in front of the hotel (lake-side), and the outdatedness of the room itself (our room door kept getting stuck and hard to open, likely warped by humidity), the price for the room for one night seemed quite high. But the walkability to the beach (across the street and down the hill), proximity to other beaches, and our overall dining experience were very enjoyable. We intend to explore St. Joseph / Benton Harbor more in future, and perhaps return to the bistro, but will likely seek different lodging.

Overall, our stay was fine. However for what they charge per night, this hotel is very outdated. The location is perfect for the walk to downtown St. Joseph’s. The staff were helpful, including the bartenders. It felt dirty, because it was old.

The lights on our nightstands did not work. Parking was free all day open to the public. Had to hunt for parking spots when paying $1500 for 3 nights. Restaurant was good. Breakfast is delicious. Room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Room was on 3rd floor so did not have the best view of the lake, hidden by trees. Friendly staff and they left out small treats in lobby on some nights. Best thing about it was that it was within walking distance of all the stores/restaurants. If I went back to St. Jo, I would try staying somewhere else before staying here again. The parking was ridiculous for the amount we spent.

The updated furnishings are beautiful, the food was really good, the bed and views were fabulous!!! Plus walkable to a super cute downtown area and beach. Couldn’t be nicer!
