Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen am Abend sehr fein. Aussicht Top!

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr schlecht, wir mussten zum ersten mal darum bitten, noch einmal eine Reinigungsfachfrau ins Zimmer senden. Ausserdem wird für den Wellnessbereich geworben, diesen gibt es aber gar nicht, angeblich weil Fitnessgeräte nicht geliefert wurden. Wären wir zum Wellnessen angereist wäre dies eine grosse Enttäuschung!!! Zimmer ist extrem klein, keine Ablageflächen, keine Kleiderhaken, eine Person musste umständlich über das Bett Fussende ins Bett einsteigen.

Sehr schöne Lage, freundliches Personal

Beim Abendessen war es nur noch möglich zwischen zwei verschiedenen Weinen auszuwählen. Die ersten Getränke kamen erst nach 15min. Obwohl wir fast alleine im Restaurant waren. 3 Gerichte wahren ausverkauft. Die bereits konsumierten Getränke wurden jeweils auf dem Tisch stehen gelassen. Das es draussen Fondue Häuschen gibt haben wir nach dem Essen selbst herausgefunden. Da wir 260.- fr. Das Abendessen bezahlt haben, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Professionalität gewünscht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein für eine Deluxe Doppelbett Suite. Im ersten Zimmer hat der Fernseher und die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert, wir bekamen aber ein neues Zimmer. Auch da hat der Fernseher mit Störungen nur halb funktioniert. Es wär uns dann aber zu mühsam/ unangenehm nochmal zur Repetition zu gehen. Beim Frühstück wär kein Personal anwesend, ich musste an die Repetition um einen Kaffee zu bestellen. Auch die Auswahl war ein wenig mager. Die Tische waren noch nicht abgeräumt wacklig und dreckig. Die Nacht verbrachten wir neben einem Zimmer mit einem durchgehend schreiendem Kind, die Räume sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Nette kamer met heerlijk bed en beddengoed. Goede Nespresso koffiemachine op de kamer. Mooi uitzicht op de stad.

De badkamer van kamer 207 is te klein voor de allure van het hotel.

كنت أبغي أحجز غرفتين ولمن دخلت البوكينج شفت غرفة عائلية ما فهمت شو وضعها هل هي غرفة وحدة فيها ثلاث أسرة او شو الوضع بالضبط بس في الصور شفت انه فيه سرير كينج بد واثنين توأم قلت دام السعر مناسب نوعاً ما اتوكل على الله والحمد لله طلعت الغرفه العائلية غرفتين متلاصقات بينهم باب وكانت من أروع ما يكون بداية من الموقع انا شفت تعليقات انه المكان منحدر شديد وكذا توقعت ابغي سكس ويل على شان اوصل بالعكس تسوق براحتك واصلا عندهم ثقافة إحترام الطرق بشكل عجيب هو شارع واحد ما تتوقع انه سياره وحدة تمر تلاقي سيارة رايحة وسيارة جاية لا وفي دراجات هوائية بعد وناس تمشي باقي بس الباص و تستغرب كيف الكل بيمر لا حبيبي الأمور طيبه انصح بالفندق مرة للي حاب يجرب شي جديد وتجربة حلوة وابصراحه كنت جايب معاي شولة حق الشاي والقهوه قلت ع الأقل نمشي حالنا وجبات خفيفه تفاجأت انه مافي مكان اركب فيها الشولة عاملين حركة مغطين الفيشة بشكل احترافي بحيث لايمكن تستخدم غير الي موجود وسلمنا الأمر لله وطلبنا غدانا من المطعم عندهم ابصراحه كان مناسب نوعا ما ب 107 يورو تقريبا وجبتين بحري روعه ابصراحه تجربه حلوة والفطور ضبطنا سمون وجبن وعسل وكوفي مالهم ومشت الأمور الحمد لله كانت تجربة حلوة إطلالة المكان وتعامل الموظفين والفندق راقي ومريح

The view and location were perfect.

The room were too small, especially the bathroom and shower. The room were not cleaned properly and had trask in the bathroom bin. Nowhere to putthe pillowsand bedsheets, so we know all uses the floor for this!!

The room is not well structured although we booked a junior suite we felt it’s narrow for moving, the cabinets needs to be bigger there is no space inside- the most thing we hated that there is no iron in the hotel ! We had to wear un ironed clothes

The location is magical and the views are amazing. Extremely comfortable Junior Suit with a good sized balcony. Really a delightful pitstop which we fully intend to return to spend more time.

Nothing not to like. Ignore the reviews complaining about the location. It’s easy to find and charming to drive to.

Amazing location with incredible view! If you travel with car it’s great. We used Uber / taxi to get to and from train station and it was expensive.

Very clean, very classically decorated, very beautiful view of the city and the lake from the balcony，hotel restaurant service is very good! It's a treat to be in the restaurant at night looking at the grass and night view.

the room is so small！This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in Switzerland, and we couldn't put our luggage in the room, we had to put it on the balcony

The location was very picturesque. Very good view of the Luzern city from the hotel. Breakfast was decent.

The room was very small. Hardly any place to put luggage. Even the bath was small and compact, so was the balcony. You wont get the spacious feel at all and its all cramped. It was tough with a kid. It is not ideal for families who have luggage (more than 1 suitcase) as there is no provision in room to place the luggage. No help was provided by the hotel folks to take the luggage to the rooms at checkin time. We had to drag it ourselves, which I felt a bit weird. The location is a bit off and far from Luzern city. This hotel is for travellers who have their own/rented car, else 40 CHF every time we want to leave the hotel. Not ideal for travellers who plan to stay here and travel around Lucerne/Zurich/Interlaken as you need to take the taxi every time. Its not the price but the dependency on a taxi is tough, personally I made a mistake.
