Die Lage ist perfekt

The location was great - in the heart of the Pride parade. The accommodation was clean and tidy.

The room was a basement room, which we didn't know when booking. There was initially no shampoo or conditioner in the room, which had been reflected on the booking. Given we were in the basement room, I don't think it was worth the price - though, given it was Pride weekend, the price was probably inflated compared to standard pricing.

Room unbearably hot and not really a balcony as described

Very central location. Squeaky clean bedroom and shower room. Comfortable bed. And immaculate bedding. We booked a small double room and normally when something is described as small, expect just that! however, I was pleasantly surprised at the size. Freely able to walk around the bed. Had every comfort needed for a short city break. It was also nice to have natural ventilation from the window.

Everything was perfect.

The location

Felt very basic. Very expensive for what it was.

Très bon emplacement, nous avons tout fait à pieds. La chambre était au sous-sol mais néanmoins lumineuse le matin. Propre et bien décoré. Personnel discret mais très à l'écoute. Présence du petit frigo qui peut être utile.

Douche horrible, passe du bouillant au glacé sans arrêt et vraiment aucune pression, ce qui allonge considérablement le temps pour réussir à mouiller les cheveux et se rincer. Honnêtement, la pire douche de ma vie !! Lavabo trop petit et peu pratique (impossible de remplir une gourde ou la bouilloire, il faut utiliser un verre à remplir plusieurs fois pour transvaser). Il y avait des travaux dans la chambre au-dessus, ou des voyageurs extrêmement bruyants qui déplaçaient brutalement les meubles tout le temps et utilisaient une perceuse ou quelque chose comme ça, y compris à des horaires nocturnes. La nuit n'était donc pas reposante. La taille du lit annoncée ne correspondait pas à la réalité : les palettes dépassaient, mais le matelas n'était pas grand en fait. Un peu trompeur donc. La bouilloire avait une prise cramée, nous n'avons donc pas pu l'utiliser le premier jour. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et elle a été changée dans la journée.

Bedroom window was broken on arrival, was not informed beforehand. Pipe underneath window sounds like a constant waterfall. Room didn’t look like the photos, was expecting something a bit bigger and decorated. The shower wasn’t great, barely any pressure. Shower also constantly drips. The bed was very uncomfortable, it sinks in the middle. Bed was also on wheels on a hard floor, so as soon as you sit on it, you fly sideways.
