This property was perfect for our family stay in Savannah. Easy walking access to most all of the Historical District Sights. Easy to get to Airport, Tybee Island, etc. The roof top seating was an added bonus. The host was excellent at communicating throughout the stay and very responsive to questions. We would definitely consider another stay at this property.

Could not have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Having the garage space was perfect. The home was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was easy and we felt very comfortable and welcome.

The place is so cute. Loved the decorations. The bedrooms were big and so cozy. The outdoor courtyard would be a great place to have dinner. The location was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again..hopefully soon!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out vs a hotel stay. The outdoor spaces were lovely and great for morning coffee and evening wine. We felt like we were locals right in the middle of everything. Most area attractions were within walking distance, while others were just a quick car ride away. The home is particularly close to awesome shopping on Broughton Street!

The unit is NOT new. It is only partially renovated, the downstairs half bath hasn't been touched since the 1960s. The garage door opener didn't work, so we had to go around the block to the front of the house and go through. When we called to ask them to change the battery, they said "just use the remote". Guess it will be a surprise to the next people too. The ice maker leaked, but there were no rags to mop up the puddle. And, DON'T count on using the "rooftop terrace". It was a selling point for us, but was up a tight, narrow, 2 story circular staircase outside. Only someone short and in their 20s could use it...but not after a glass or two of wine!

Great residential quiet location for walking everywhere in the historic district. The house is well kept, bedrooms are large with 2.5 baths. Patio is a great relaxing private spot.
My only issue is we had a hard time with the door lock upon arrival but staff was accommodating and helped us through the process.

My husband and I, my mother and two kids (10-12) were so comfy here, and the location allowed us to walk all over to meet up other fam & friends all weekend. The sleeper sofa was ok for our 10yo, but my daughter and mom chose to share the bed. We loved the additional rooftop deck and patio out back, but we did have to unplug the patio lights at night to sleep. Garage was excellent and a huge plus for coming and going in cold and rain on a wedding weekend. Everything in great working order, cozy and bright. Soft linens and towels. Loved our trip to Savannah. Thank you!! Would stay again!

Very comfortable, tasteful modern décor. Spotless, well stocked kitchen but only limited staples, salt pepper and a few spices, bring your own if cooking. Very quiet, a little street noise in the am. Did have a guy going down the street singing at 4am but had had a lovely voice and was singing some Irish song, was rather entertaining, would say this is probably not an issue, more character. Skimpy on towels, none in downstairs bath, one hand towel in each master and two bath towels each. Did have a problem with garage door code not working, when in through front door and then opened garage. Used garage remote after that. Contacted rental management, they responded immediately and offered to come and fix right away, very responsive.
Great experience. Nice coffee shop 1/2 block to the east.
Also great that has a garage and off street parking as meters everywhere in Savannaha.

We loved our time at Broughton Deco Main! The home was just as described and as the photos depicted. Easy access and so great to have a garage to park in. There was also easy street parking for our family. Hope to return again in the future!

Great place to stay in Savannah
The house was very cozy, clean, and nice. Walking distance to several great places including River St, the Cathedral, and Leopold’s ice cream. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great location
Fantastic location. Really nice to have a garage to park the car in. Once we parked the car upon arrival, we never started the car again all weekend - everything is within walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable and the rooftop lounge was a nice bonus.

Great house in a great location
Great property! We traveled for spring break with two adults and two kids. The location was perfect for us, as you are just a few blocks away from the city's center and in a tranquil neighborhood. The house is spacious, well furnished, and spotless; the decor is charming. The private courtyard is lovely; the rooftop may be challenging to access as the stairs are very narrow.
Checkin and checkout are super easy.

Ideal everything!
This property was absolutely incredible. Everything is walkable, the neighborhood is safe and away from the really excessive noise (though neighbors do play loud music). The house itself is, well, perfection. The decor is so fun and lively, and the layout was perfect for a two-couple vacation. And the place was CLEAN - not even dust. They provided all necessary amenities including towels, soap, and toilet paper. My only regret was not being able to use the back patio and rooftop more!

Great Location!
Great location! The St. Patrick's Day parade came down the street right in front of the house! We loved the house--decor, set-up, rooms, the courtyard, etc.! We also loved having our own garage. The directions for accessing the garage/garage door opener were a little confusing but we figured it out! That would be my only comment for improvement but not enough to lower the "stars." This was a great property in all ways!

We had an awesome time! This property was perfect. It was a group of 5 and we found the house amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. The property manager actually text me and asked me about any issues. They gave us info about parking and also no key needed to check in or out. They were very helpful. Again, awesome townhouse and awesome town!

Perfect Getaway
This property was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults and still had tons of room! The location was so convenient so we didn’t have to drive the whole weekend. Beautiful property, and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, lovely wood floors. The pictures are wonderful but don't fully capture how spacious and nice it is both in and outside. Great location, garage parking, seamless check in/out. Received a communication after check-in asking if there were any maintenance issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This property qas absolutely perfect for our Girls Trip. There are 4 of us and it was the perfect size, location...everything. The property owners, Southern Belle, are so quick to respond and nice. The house was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shows were great. It was a GREAT STAY!

Beautiful and convenient, but…
The house is decorated real cute, but the doors could use a paint job. Spacious rooms and large beds, but would like softer pillows and a trash can in the master. Location is close to activity, but our side view mirror was stolen off our rental car as there is no off street parking.
