Location was fine for overnight to morning flight,

Breakfast was mediocre and lukewarm. Bed was hard. Hallways are dark and narrow. Passageway doors felt sticky. Shower only adequate pressure. Reception person gave poor directions for the shuttle from South terminal so used local bus instead, though the shuttle worked fine to go to the airport.

Big room. Good breakfast. Loved the on-site restaurant. There's also a limited room service menu that you can order on the phone and pick up at the restaurant and take back to your room. Reception staff were flawless.

Bad soundproofing between rooms. Never heard back how to get the shuttle from Gatwick, so I took a local bus and walked 5mins. I took the shuttle back to Gatwick the next day, costs £5 (runs approx every 45mins). Room smelled a bit stuffy. No one picked up the phone when I called twice to order room service, but went to restaurant instead.

The reception/ bar area was nice.

The shower gel was empty in the shower. The decor in the room was distasteful. The check in took too long and the person who checked us in barely spoke to us and didn't crack a smile, neither did the other person who worked there. The staff were very miserable.

We arrived and waited half an hour for the booking system to work - in the meantime they did not tell us the bar was closing at about 10pm which was only 20 feet away so when we finally got checked in they said sorry it closed one minute ago - one of us could have ordered ourselves drinks - how stupid was that to not tell us!!

Didnt like that the bar was closed at 23:00. I could handle that, but the minibar was also empty, that was really frustrating

Only negative was - there didn't seem to be enough staff on duty for dinner at bar.

Convenient for the airport. Reception and lounge were really nicely decorated and reception staff were brilliant! Room was funky, although very dark!

Restaurant food choice was limited and the quality of the food was really quite poor. Mac and cheese seemed like it was out of a packet and the burger tasted really low quality.

Room was lovely, bed was comfy, staff at reception were really helpful in helping me check in and out. We used to the hotel to stay in as we were partying in London and it was a lovely stay

Not so much I didn’t like about the property, I would’ve just loved a view of the runway, but that’s not a complaint at the hotel, I just like planes!

The location is quite okay , peaceful and serena. they only challenge is the distance to the main road is a bit for anyone with any issues, but good to know there is a shuttle to the airport from there. Nice location.

Bedroom was clean apart from fluff behind bathroom door. Corridors could be better lit. Breakfast was disappointing,I came down at 0830 some of the platters were empty and hadn't been refilled. Scrambled egg was of a poor consistency,bacon hard and dry,obviously been out for sometime.

Nothing, it’s an industrial unit in an endustrial zone, the style of the photos on the wall is cool, but it’s a difficult unit in a difficult location and felt very soulless.

There’s a lot not to like, it’s a 50 minute bus ride (£5) bus every 50 minutes or you can walk 2 miles to,the airport. It’s not handy , it’s not pretty, and it’s poorly organised

Wasn't really anything I liked.

Everything. No baths in any rooms, this hotel has only opened 2 weeks ago and is still under work, a lot of paint smell. Luckily, we got our room changed, but the rooms could do with a deep clean as they are dusty and showers are full of hair not cleaned properly. There is not much option for breakfast for being vegan/vegetarian as anything I asked for from the menu the staff said oh that's available. So why give us that menu. Won't be booking this hotel again. Also so difficult to open the bedroom doors very stiff.

Slamming door outside my room in corridor could have had a door closer on it . The entrance to the gym is right behind the dining area so any one going to the gym has to walk through people eating a meal the two don't really mix .

Great value for money, all room facilities were good. Great shower and excellent cleanliness. Staff falling over themselves to help.

We had a problem with the intermittent fire strip on the room door, made the door not open. Very apologetic but was a little unnerving to know it wasn't fitted correctly.

Found on Booking .com (and got best price this way). Very modern, great décor, comfortable, facility's where all i needed.

Having to pay for parking when its free just outside?! Had to get room via Booking.com as reception would not match. Reception could have been more friendly and helpful.

No ventilation in the rooms. If you shower the whole room steams up. No Working fan in bathroom.

Was a great room for an exhausted traveller.

Communication was bad. Bookings.com lead me to believe the shuttle was easy to use and free but no one would answer my 2 phone calls and 2 messages when trying to find out where to meet the shuttle, which terminal, how frequent etc.
