The apartment met all of our expectations. Kitchen was well equipped, wifi worked well, plenty of space and clean. The essentials closet with extra supplies was very handy. Loved the fact that it was right across the street from the Detroit Air Express drop off to/from Metro Airport

Great place to stay! Easy check in and check out. Very clean and close to everything we needed while in town for the concerts. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in the city.

This is a fantastic location. It is right downtown across from the Westin. The building had security full time and an easy entry code system. The room itself was spacious and the bedding, pillows and mattress were great. The bathroom was very clean and functional with extra linens in the cabinet under the sink. Toiletries very nice. There was a well equipped kitchen, we didn’t use it much. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of “unseen” areas. I moved the bedside table to look for an electrical outlet and was surprised by the mess behind. Not a big deal but if cleanliness is your jam you might be a bit “icked”. I almost hate to mention it because everything else was great but for clean fans this is worth a mention. We appreciated the option to pay for a late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 8:00 pm. They also provide a baggage storage area after checkout. You still have code access to the building and to the storage until 5:00 pm. That was appreciated add on.Easy access to scooters, this was awesome for getting around the downtown area. Overall, excepting my clean obsession, this is a fantastic option for accommodation. I must add that I had SOME difficulty completing my reservation. Requires video of you face, licence photos etc. I am a frequent VRBO user but have never had a more stressful registration process. I tried text, email and finally phone. The phone consultant was so rude and condescending I ended up in tears. Worth the persistence.

I had to book this within a week of staying. I wasn't warned at all of just how expensive and frustrating parking could be until the pre-check-in email 2 days before my stay. I had to pay $200 to park a block away in downtown Detroit. I reached out a couple days in advance to try to change or cancel, and they would not work with me to refund my money. Neither would VRBO. The space, building, check-in was all very good, but this measure of bad service and vagueness on parking was extremely frustrating. I could have stayed at a hotel down the street for much less money and security.
