The personnel, very kind and helpful. Good cocktail bar in the evening with nice music.

I will take away the runner from the bed and pay more attention to the sheet, It was clean but wet.

the place was really beautiful and staff was nice. nothing bad about the place etc

in the night time ( i think it was the staff) were laughing and talking really loud and we really couldnt sleep well. we also had 2 small children with us that woke up to the talking and laughter.

only 15 minutes from airport £16 euro taxi (2000lek), food was fresh, all staff kind and always smiling, bar cafe had a good selection of drinks with a mix of Albanian and UK music, great views of the local area.

room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, shower good pressure. When I visit again I would rebook here.

We made reservation for suit room to stay altogether with my 2 small kids and wife. But when we arrived to the hotel we have been informed that they had a problem about their booking system and they will be able to give us 2 seperated rooms. Thats why we had to stay seperately. I got my daughter and my wife got our son and we stayed in seperate rooms. That was not professional for a hotel.

The jacuzzi 3as massive an dthe beds were comfy.

It seemed almost like a brothel....we.didnt like the feel.of the place...the elevator would not work one day and the door was closed and we could not get to our room....the general feel.of the place was strange....we didn't enjoy it...though the jacuzzi was fantastic and the room big..the manager was a strange guy who seemed only interested in us leaving him.a good review...he had very little.interest in the guests and the breakfast was abysmally poor..
