Great house in a great location. We biked to Coler Park and Slaughter Pen everyday. The house had enough space for all of us. Our only problem was the garage door was damaged when we arrived so we were unable to open the garage door. Several days after our arrival they determined it could not be repaired during our stay. The host was always responsive.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The house is in an excellent location and remodel and design is good. There was dried king hair on master shower door the first time we entered it. A king size platform bed broke when my teenage son sat on the corner of it. I reported the morning of and was seen by a maintenance person on site that morning. It was stated that the bed should have not done that just due to him sitting on it. It was made from very cheap materials. My son slept on the couch the second night. The week after the management company began calling, emailing and texting that they would be charging me $600 for the broken bed despite the fact I had reported immediately and we had not done anything to cause the kind of damage reported on the bed. After multiple emails and calls, this issue was dropped. I will inspect all furniture upon entering a home in the future for preexisting damage. Outside of the hair in the shower and the bed issue this is a great home and location.

Great communication with property management and clean.

We had a nice time, and we were grateful for a property that allowed us to bring our pups.🐶 The property manager was always in communication with us, and we’re just a few blocks away from downtown.

We stayed here while attending a wedding. The property was super clean. Loved the keyless entry for the doors. We didn’t try the hot tub. The gas grill had propane and we cooked steaks one night. The arcade game in the living room was immensely fun! If we return to B’ville in the future for mountain biking we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great, neighborhood was great, and the house was great!

This was our 3rd trip to Bentonville & our 2nd stay at the Coler House. The location of the house is perfect for riding to any of the popular trails in the area! We had a great time with our friends & our dogs at this property!

This is a great house for a family fun either Mountain Biking or enjoying some good food in downtown Bentonville. You can park your vehicle in the driveway in the nice safe neighborhood and bike wherever your family desires. Really enjoyed the hot tub, vintage Pac Man video game console, and open concept floorplan. It had everything you need to cook a home. Really like it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again for a fun weekend with the family.
