The first day, they gave us a bad room on the top floor near the swimming pool, which was a horrible experience. The room we reserved was given to another person before our arrival. We were assigned that terrible room at 3 a.m. The next day, they change the room for which we were actually paid.

We booked a double room, we arrived to find a twin room available for us. We were told a guest had decided to stay on another night in our room so we had to take a twin. With no other option available. We were not informed of this situation before we arrived. The hot water comes in bursts, so you start a shower with hot water and it starts getting cooler and cooler until until cold so you have to turn the shower off while you shampoo and scrub then you turn water back on to get out quickly. We requested to have an evening meal as we could not have the breakfast due to flight times. Also that request was rejected and we were offered semi cold soggy toast at 6am.

Very close to the airport and offers shuttles. The hardware facilities are very good, and the staff is also nice. They breakfast is very rich, highly recommended.
