best location

Cost of room during off season was very high compared to the services offered. During booking it was mentioned king size bed but it was smaller than queen size. The toilet was overflowing in the center and even after repeated complaints nothing was done about it. Breakfast and food offered was ok only not upto expectations. Frankly do not travel to santorini during off seasons most of the placed are closed or renovating

A lovely room right on the sea. In the center of the town of Perissa. The beach of the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is very good.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was good. The sunrise in the morning was stunning. When we arrived, there was no complementary tea or coffee in the room and cups were also missing. I wouldn't say I liked the restaurant next door playing music all day long, until very late at night, also the smock, and the smell of the burnt cheese from their grill in that restaurant. It is a very big minus for people like us who would like to enjoy fresh seaside air and the sound of waves. Also, local teenagers were screaming and smocking outside my windows all night which makes it very difficult to open a door to enjoy the breeze. The shower had a window into the room and it was not sealed well so it was all rotten and mouldy due to the water from the shower socking through and into the wool.

Complementary tea/coffee to enjoy after a long trip. Privet beach to be privet. Calm and not-so-loud music in the restaurant is also a bit quieter music in the evening. Less smock and more careful cooking on the grill to avoid the horrible smell.

EVERYTHING! Access to the beach, restaurants, bus stop, etc plus the complimentary breakfast and service was exceptional. The robe and slippers were a bonus. Even after we checked out we enjoyed the beach and I could shower before our flight home. The receptionist booked our ride to the airport too!

The hotel is the last in the line so its pretty calm and the view of the mountain/ sea is beautiful. The room was very big, so was the bathroom. It has all you need for a short stay: fridge, TV, free wi-fi, bathrobes and slippers, even toothbrushes are there! The free breakfast are just near the hotel in the restaurant/beach bar. By the way, the beach bar makes really good cocktails and is a nice place to end your day on the beautiful beach with a sea view. The Perissa beach is a black beach, the water is crystal clear and very refreshing. The sun lounges are free for hotel guests and the beach is well maintained with meal/drinks service available all the day. We are happy that we took a decision to stay in the hotel near the beach rather than in the city, as its really hot (we were in August) and all the places you want to go you can easily do day trips with a car and then come back and dive into the sea. The hotel also arranged a transfer from the hotel to the airport which was EUR 28. Overall it was a very good stay.

Jennie was absolutely amazing and helped us out with everything we needed and was also just very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and greatly designed with nice little touches. very clean and new looking. the view from the room was 10/10 and the beach was basically near our feet. the location is fantastic not too rowdy but still lively enough and there was always what to do or eat or see.

A cycladic style decorated room, right on the beachfront in Perissa. Jenny was very helpful and made our stay memorable. Perfect if you want to enjoy an authentic Santorini stay.

Cats on the roof who are playing a lot that we hear very well in the room.

The apartments are right on the beach, you can enjoy the sun beds and the view anytime of the day. The rooms are well furnished, everything is new. Everyone was helpful specially Jenny at the front desk. She helped us with tips for our stay and an issue we had with the airline. For us the location was ideal because we wanted to avoid the crowed areas of Fira and Oia.

Arrived late. after 23.00, and it was Easter Saturday night which is a huge occasion in Greece. it did not stop the owners(staff were at late mass) serving us a complimentary drink while we waited. we were then told we would be joining them and their staff for their Easter celebration which included hot food, salads, wine and traditional Greek music. fantastic night. Great location steps from the beach. highly recommend.
