the hotel was quiet & clean! I liked that the bar/restaurant was in the lobby, easy access

the staff at the bar was a bit more reserved than I'm used to but none the less service was good.

The staff is exceptionnal and goes extra mile for you. Beds are just so comfortable, you feel asleep in a couple of seconds. not noisy and great bar at place. We used their shuttle from the aiport and it's amazing, simple and quick.

The swimming pool was closed and this was not mentionned during my booking, kids were very upset.

Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable beds and helpful staff. The bar was welcoming and we enjoyed good food from an adequate menu. We liked the bathroom, very modern, but the hot water took several minutes to come through to the shower (It was an early departture at 3.00 am)

Our only problem was that the AC in the room was VERY Noisy.

The breakfast didn't start early enough for us to eat and then catch our flight.

The hotel looks beautiful and had a decent onaite restaurant. Our only and main complaint of the hotel was that it was built with wooden framing (not poured concrete, which is more expensive). As such, we heard every pounding footstep and bed movement and suitcase drag from the room above us. We felt like there was a herd of elephant's above us. We spoke to the agent at the front desk and he admitted that with the wooden framing construction, they commonly receive noise complaints from their guests. We would not stay there again as we had a horrible sleep due to the noise above us.

It was affordable, quiet, and had good amenities. I liked the gift shop, and the bed was quite nice, and the side sofa was a great addition to the room.

I was made to leave my room by housekeeping staff for over 30 minutes so they could clean it when i had to return early in the day because I was feeling sick. I don't understand why that was necessary.

Location was ok. Now not so much. They also charge for parking.

THEY DONT CHANGE THE BEDSHEETS AND THE TOWELS AFTER GUESTS! we had a horrible experience! When we entered the room the floor had rubble and dust all over it - we asked for the cleaning staff to come in. They said they fixed it. Then we noticed MAKEUP STAINS on the pillows of the bed (3 different ones) and other stains in the interior of the bed sheets! Again asked the front desk to send the cleaning staff and they replied that now the room is fixed. After that we noticed that the towels - which were folded into the racks - WERE ALSO USED!!! I went down to the front desk and they gave me new ones and apologized. The final stroke came the next morning when we noticed A HARDENED WHITE STAIN ON THE MAKEUP TOWEL IN THE ROOM!!! Complained to the hotel and they didn’t care enough to call or even called back after I asked the manager to answer the call. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE MANAGMENT!!!
