Es hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

1- تعامل موظفات الاستقبال للاسف سيء جدا جدا و لا يهتموا بالنزيل أبدا و ما عندهم احترام للضيوف . 2- صعوبة التفاهم معهم .. لا يجيدون اللغة الانجليزية . 3- الفطور متكرر دائما . 4- لا يتم تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي أبدا و اذا أردت تنظيف الغرفة لازم تطلب من موظفات الاستقبال .. 5- الاثاث قديم و لا يوجد شطاف في دورات المياه و التلفزيون صغير جدا جدا و قديم من إيام الثمانينات . 6- الستارة لا تحجب الضوء بشكل كلي بسبب وجود مكيف الهواء الصغير في وسط النافذة و التبريد ضعيف جدا في الغرفة 7- رائحة السجاير تصل الى الغرف بالرغم انه توجد لائحة عدم التدخين لكن لا احد يهتم . 8- عاملات النظافة تعاملهن سيء ايضا و ما عندهن أسلوب جيد للتفاهم . بصفة عامة الفندق قديم و لا يرقى بأن يكون من فئة 4 نجوم و كحد أقصى يستاهل نجمة أو نجمتين بالكثير .

Actually the hotel was okay ... if I'd paid fifteen GB pounds a night i'd have been okay. But it was fifty-one pounds a night ... an absolute rip-off! The view from the balcony was good while the weather was obliging.

Small rooms, furnishings falling apart, dreary Soviet style hotel which has kept that oppressive unpleasantness, water containers usually empty no English at reception (they advertise in English), no kettle or tea/coffee in rooms , breakfast reasonable but poor coffee and luke warm water from hot water dispenser. The worst value for money I've had for many a year.

Very poor qualified hotel staff. Staff at reception did not want to accept booking.com reserve changes. I changed the “guest” of the reserve to settle my friend here, because I did not need hotel anymore. Staff did not accept changes (which were put directly in booking.com), and suggested my friend to sleep “top to tails” somewhere else. there is no chance o would ever stay in this hotel or suggest it to any of my friends and colleagues.

Location is fantastic

Very dirty hotel. The room smelled like sweat. The floors are black from feet, the curtains and blankets were very stinky. Obviously the management doesn’t know about cleaning services. The room was stenched with a weird smell. Sweat and tobacco. As if an evil twin of Danny Devito was living there Don’t recommend.
