Elia arranged transfer from airport for us, the driver was nice and was waiting for us at the airport and took us to the accomodation. We arrived sooner than the check in however the hotel manager arranged our rooms sooner so this was very kind. Rooms were cozy, clean and new. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Beach is very close.. Would come back !

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff and super breakfast!

We could not change the temperature of the AC. The AC remote was not working properly. The temperature however, was okayish in the room. We had to ask for extra shower gels as they were not re-filled when the cleaning took place.

Not all rooms have jacuzzi as pictured in photos. Underground parking is tight, difficult to get in and out.

I really enjoy the silence of the garden, ( I had a superior apartament with garden view) the queen bed and the delicious breakfast. I am also grateful for the help with transfer and other infos.

I stay 1 week at this hotel and they never change the towels or change the bed. ( It was strange for me) It was very comfortable and clean (don't get me wrong) but I strongly recommend an improvement regarding these services.

The location is very close to the beach. In fact, there are several beaches near Elia: you can choose a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas or you can choose to stay on a beach where you can sit on your towel. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling, willing to help you with anything. We really appreciated everyone from the hotel for their support in finding solutions for everything. The superior apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it is big and comfortable. All the propriety is very clean. Breakfast is prepared in the hotel and contains fresh and tasty traditional products We have a great vacation because of Elia's incredible team. Thank you!

The room was just perfect and beautifullt renovated including the spa tub. The host was very helpful and kind. The location was great. I would definitely recommend it and surely I will visit again.

Very good room with jacuzzi. Very interesting bathroom with option to bevome a private steam bath. Good location near to the beach and many bars and restaurands. Very comfortable bed.

Wine glasses are missing. Would be great to have in this kind of rooms.

beautiful hotel with amazing apartments, near the busiest part of Platanias. my flight got cancelled last minute and I booked last minute but the staff was amazing, very helpful, they upgraded my room and included free breakfast, taking some of my stress away. i’m glad I got to stay there!

The personnel were friendly and helpful, so the service was excellent. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The quality of the food was okay. The location was near the beach and bus station.

The accommodation was okay. The only problem was with a rack, but personnel solved the issue.

Good sized room with AC which was definitely needed with the heat. Big spa bath and steam shower aswell.

Off of main street so food options are close. There is parking and the room situation was great. The towels are so nice and soft!

The bed sheets are very noisy and the bed maybe a little hard so I didn't sleep great. The rest of the set up for the room was nice

The room is very clean, modern, and they offer everything that a hotel should, including slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush, shaving tool, shower gel, etc. The balcony is spacious and clean as well. We enjoyed our dinner with amazing sunset on the balcony! It’s good that there is an elevator to our room so we did not have to carry luggages upstairs. Shower and toilet are separated and are both very spacious!

Couldn’t find the hotel at first when I used the address from booking.com, but they sent a staff to guide us soon after calling them. The shower has a smart control on the wall but sadly no instruction, we dont know how to use it. Same for the bath tub, we tried for a while to figure out how to turn it off. No wifi password in the room.

We arrived 24/08 there and from the first moment staff was so friendly, they were guided in all facilities!!!Definitely we will come back next year !!
