Quick response from inquiry to our issues during our stay. It was quick and easy to talk to them. The house was charming and had all the items they listed on the site.

On our second day, the bathroom downstairs got clogged and was leaking water from the toilet. A big part of our 2nd day ended up packing and transferring to another unit. We were really disappointed that we had to transfer. But even with this unfortunate incident, they were quick to resolve the issue. The moment they got the info that it was a major work, they arranged for another unit for us to move to. If not for this incident, we would have been happy with our stay.

It was a good experience overall! :) We were able to check in even though the staff was not on site, which is good to practice social distancing because of the pandemic.
