Neat but bathroom was not clean And the bed was not clean

Not clean bed and mattress bathroom was not cleaned and then cot was damaged

Nothing was there to like and it was smelling so bad that we could not stay even for 2 min and decided to cancel the booking but because of some technical reason it didn't get cancelled and still waiting for refund.

Dirty bathroom and smelly room, could not stay there for even 2 min

Keeping the songs sound so much audible to another room. And making countinue noise and disturbance. This hotel like night bar club people are drinking and disturbance to complete firrst floor. Not able to sleep at all Children's and ladies are staying here . They much worried and afraid. Please check And take immediate action. The hotel mobile number provided in card , Google not reachable. And please go through the attachments the room handover to us. This hotel following nothing about fab standard. 1. No cleaning floor. Full stain 2. Bathroom water leaks 3. Interior very dirty 4. Bed sheet dirty not washed 5. Pillow cover stain patches 6. Full bad smells from entire room, bed sheet, pillow cover, washroom. 7. No towels 8. No soap 9. Over all very Very very poor quality -10 mark . 10. Even we try to sleep last time due to our neighbour room no 104. Around 4 to 5 members taking alcohol with room open condition, songs with full sound and making entire night full noise. Complete our stay we suffered lot no words to say . Please need your strong action refund for this very worst service provided to us. Thanks .

Never ever book this hotel, these guys give rooms to others who go there and book offline. If you book through online it's just waste of time to travel there and he gives your room to some other people. The staff was so unprofessional, he told like there is no room left and just asked me to go out. This so unprofessional. I didn't expect that at late night checkin. If there is no room why the booking got confirmed. It was just waste of time for me to travel to that hotel.
