great location, really spacious apartment

mattress wasn’t very comfortable and unfortunately the radiator in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off so was very warm during the night.

The lock box for check out abit confusing

It felt homely and warm, there are parking facilities, the kitchenette facilities on point. It was quite and relaxing. Close/walking distance to town centre, bars, restaurants, cinema and Train/Bus/Coach stations.

at 4am someone let themselves into the apartment using a key. He was equally confused and after a short coversation he gave me the key. I spoke to the owner the next morning who was understanding as I didn't feel safe staying in the apartment another night by myself. It is likely that that the man with the key had stayed in the apartment the previous night with friends and had forgotten they have moved apartments. The owner agreed to give me a full refund and was going to see about changing the lock so the apartment could be secured from within. I have now received my refund (which took time due to issues with Booking.com not the owner) so whilst my experience was not pleasant, I think the apartment itself is well located and is in good condition and I was pleased that the owner was willing to resolve the issue. I'm willing to give it another try next time I'm in Hull.

A great tidy modern apartment to stay for 5 nights. We felt very comfortable and the facilities were great.

A lovely, brand new luxury apartment right in the middle of the city. The accommodation feels more like a complete house than a flat/apartment. It's really clean and light and suited us perfectly, quite a bargain too.

Since this is a brand new apartment there are one or two details that are still to be finished but this didn't spoil our stay at all.

Comfortable duplex in nice industrial design complex on a quite location next to the city center. Lift + stairs to Duplex. On arrival very clean. Internet, TV+, washer, dishwasher, fitted kitchen with ample appliances. Wifi and on-site parking included.

On arrival Internet, TV+ and dishwasher were not working. On reporting the host did his best to address the shortcomings.
