Need a spot close to the airport for a nap and to shower and change. The location has nice security setup, off street parking and the rooms are clean.

This was a one star hotel, so didn't expected anything special. There are lots of restaurants nearby as the University is just down the street. We wanted a hotel room south of the Tourist area and close to Airport and Covid testing for travel. Bonus was that the rooms, yes two separate rooms, were spacious. Security is good too. And free parking if you have a car.

For the price in San Juan, it was better than our room at Hotel Iberia which we paid a lot more. The furniture was well used and stained.

It was a good value, the staff were friendly and it was close to the airport.

It was very noisy all night long, with people yelling loudly outside our room. We had to ask for towels. There were no cups to use in the bathroom. Plastic cups would have been nice.

The room had a musty smell. It was somewhat clean. The location was not great. I didn't feel safe. In fact, the Uber driver waited for a few minutes to see if we would decide to go someplace else. We decided to stay because it was for only one night and we were tired. We canceled our second night there.

I liked that the unit is a 1 bedroom + a living room with a couch & a dining table

there was nobody at the recipient & when called they said will be there in 10 minutes which ended up a full 1 hour waiting for someone to check us in. had to change the room 3 times due to dirty rooms & bed sheets. there’s multiple bars & clubs around the property & it’s loud on the weekend.

Need more parking

We parked out car in the hotel parking, just outside the check-in office. The check-in clerk was very friendly and helpful. For the price, the room was great - bare bones with air conditioning. The room was small, the beds were comfortable, the TV worked. The grounds are gated with a combination lock. Heck, the price of the room was less than the damage deposit.

The only knock I had was that they don't furnish glasses or cups. Necessary for brushing your teeth, right?
