The room was excellent. We loved the pool and the restaurant has super tasty food. They have a gym too. The staff was also very friendly. There's a breakfast shop, 7eleven, Central Phuket at a walkable distance. There's a good massage place and coin washing place nearby.

Завтрак: без нареканий. Отличный выбор, вкусно. Месторасположение: удобно тем, что рядом Shopping mall “Central”, также рядом есть 7-eleven, аптека, прачечная самообслуживания. Номер: чисто, мягкая постель. На этом, пожалуй, все. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал.

Месторасположение: Если вы не водите байк - будут сложности: до любого пляжа добираться далеко, половина турфирм просит доплату за pick-up из этого отеля. В номере отсутствуют: - умывальные принадлежности, такие как: зубная паста, зубные щетки, одноразовые бритвы/расчёски. Нет тапочек, нет халатов (хотя для отеля 4 звезды, это уже ожидаемый сервис) - нет систем хранения. Ни ящиков, ни шкафов. 3 вешалки для брюк, 3 стандартных. Один маленький ящик рядом с сейфом (влезет только мелкие принадлежности) 2 полки у кровати. Сложить одежду просто некуда. - нет бесплатных трансферов. - в ванной комнате отсутствует часть перегородки между душевой зоной и общим пространством. Сток работает отвратило. Каждый раз принимая душ, вы со 100% вероятностью будете заливать все пространство ванной комнаты. При необходимости воспользоваться раковиной или туалетом после душа вы все-время будете шлепать по мокрому полу. Статус 4х звездочного отеля, я так полагаю, дает небольшой (и не глубокий) бассейн и тренажерный зал. На мой взгляд, этот отель соответствует твердой тройке с плюсом, но никак не 4 звезды. Цена завышена.

Highly recommend we stayed 7 nights and everyday our rooms were cleaned with new towels. Location is perfect there is a 7/11 close by and also laundry and pharmacy. Staff were friendly and well attentive, buffet breakfast is also a must great and high quality food. You also can order food throughout the day upto 10 pm the chef menu also has some of the local dishes. Pool and gym are also great always clean and available! Location is close to many of the activities and also have a travel person on site to book for activities. Highly recommend it is worth every cent and one of our best stays here!! You will not regret it and definitely exceeded our expectations!!!

Moderne kamer, comfortabel bed en prima douche. Leuk zwembadje met fijne zitgelegenheden. Dicht bij groot warenhuis.

De locatie was een beetje saai. Geen gezellige eettentjes of barretjes in de buurt.
