so minimalist in decor and amenities that it reminded me of a Motel 6 only the clientele was better. The service only ok. The dining and bar area very unappealing

The hotel room itself was great. Cool design and very clean.

There is no continental breakfast. Only a grab and go area and a small lobby cafe where you have to pay (quite a bit) for breakfast items. Also, overnight valet parking is a staggering $25. It's unclear which street-side spots are okay to use vs which are reserved for residents, so if you arrive after dark like I did, you're basically forced into the valet parking.

The room was not vacuumed with many small items left on the floor from previous guest, chips and a little plastic toy. There were not enough towels in our room for the 4 of us. The parking garage is very unorganized and the staff in the garage could use driving and parking training.

We were there over Thanksgiving break, and the hotel was nicely decorated. Our room (2 Queen beds) was spacious and clean.

One of the beds was broken. More specifically when you lay down on the mattress, you fell into a semi-hole. The pillows were just awful and should be replaced. Don't get me started on the breakfast - it clearly stated in my booking that we get "free" breakfast for 3 adults. I was given a daily voucher to an overpriced menu that I had to pay an extra $60 to breakfast for 3 adults... Not to mention you order from a bar area/coffee place in the same lobby where folks are checking in/out - just weird setup.

The location was great. It was close to many place and right near the boardwalk and pier.

It’s always a good sign when the toilet paper holder is bent at the wall from one of the previous tenants…. I was placed next to two rooms of teenagers who kept running up and down the hallways until about 1:30am — this continued for 2 of my 3 nights. The above would have been fine if I had a few cocktails in me prior to trying to go to bed BUTTT the bar downstairs closes at 7:45pm… As well there is no place to park close by to the hotel besides metered parking and the “valet” which cost $25 for just being there overnight. (The valet parking consists of a 50 park spot garage in which you are insisted to tip even though you see your car wherever it is parked from the podium)

Great service from beginning to end

The room was great, it felt modern and clean. The walking distance to the Boardwalk was very convenient and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The staff was unpleasant, and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed to be asked for simple things (like qtips). Even their appearance (hoodies and jeans) felt like it didn’t live up to how you expect a hotel staff to look. We encountered 3 front desk people during our stay, and all of them seemed to hate their jobs.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was big, clean, modern and comfortable. Price a little high for room only, but that is due to the location.

Parking. It seems that to park your car securely, you have no option but to use the valet at $25. The surrounding roads were all full - so no on street parking either and we didn’t want to leave some bags in the car parked far away.

Service was not great. Need more staffing- and who are more knowledgeable about services and facility

No spa, was not provided additional towels after requested. Cleaning service for room had to be requested was not provided. Food service was closed (one day) on a 3-day weekend. Front desk would not call us to notify when room was ready (after 4pm check-in) we had to call them.

Bar was closed on Sunday in labor day weekend.

The location was perfect, we enjoyed walking to and from the hotel.

The horrible view (see photo), extremely overpriced room, overpriced parking, no maid service. No one came to see if we needed towels or to take our trash or clean. The vallet was rude and the front desk wasn’t friendly. When we requested towels (had to see the front desk directly since they would not answer my multiple phone calls)they only gave me 2 even though I requested 4. No hot tub.

Nice and modern facilities and they had a pack and play ready for us before check in

Food and drinks were great. We had an issue with the rooms when we got there, we had a suite booked but they did not have enough for everyone that booked. The guy at the front desk worked really hard to fix the situation quickly and even hooked us up with a better deal then we had. Great customer service with all front desk and the guy bartender was amazing!

Modern

Noisy neighbors. Tv on all night and arguing. Was not told about the valet parking fee until arrival. Otherwise would have chosen a different hotel.

Overall great hotel, enjoyed the propane fire outside and the corn hole game.

Only complaint was the in house dinner closed 2 hours before the posted time which was a bummer since we planned on eating there after traveling to get there. Ruined dinner that night.

Location to the boardwalk, on-site parking, clean and comfortable spot. Loved the decor of the room. Shower was great. Kids lived the pool.

This was an expensive overnight stay.

The parking situation worked. We had a handicap sign, when there was no space all effort was made to find us a space with genuine care and concern. This was so much better than my trip there in February.

You really should have a restaurant feel. But that is not possible.
