That they don't give you that many towels but that's okay

Definitely the location! Also kids loved the art/ocean painting on the building.

Not the best customer service, we arrived late and there was a buzzer outside and a little window that we had to check in through.

it's an old motel. very basic. nothing special. in any way.

Parking is around the block behind the motel.

The man riding his scooter around was terribly rude. We paid for two nights for my son and daughter-in-law. We stopped by to drop off some food and the cooter guy came out and yelled “No visitors” I told him I paid for two nights and I’m just dropping off food. He yelled again, “No visitors, five minutes.” I understand they must have problems with people being so close to the Boardwalk, but he was rude and would not even let me explain. He’s lucky my kids had pets and needed a place to stay or we would have demanded our money back and left. He was a total jerk.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Very run down looking and just didnt feel like I got what I paid for

Location was great. Close to all attractions.

The patio area could have been open later to enjoy the cool beach air. Also, more disability access would have been nice.

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms.
