friendly staff, decent breakfast, sizeable rooms, good location

rooms were badly designed

The room was super spacious and I was very surprised by the space. The bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows, and warm space. I checked out the breakfast, What a nice Spread! Gotta check it out!

The bathroom light is triggered by movement, so one has to close the bathroom door, to reduce the light. That's about it.

the location was easy to find and on two main streets. the parking garage is a nice positive. The whole building was freshly remodeled so everything was clean of course. Breakfast and espresso definitely added value to the trip.

some of the renovations weren’t touched up yet, lots of odds and ends that need to be addressed but nothing major. A map showing where the amenities are would be helpful, like ice, hot tub etc.

understanding during a disaster

The breakfast options were better than most continentals.

The location area seems to have gone down hill since our last stay a few years ago. Although the room looked clean, when walking barefoot on the floor and then stepping into the shower we realized the bottoms of our feet had gotten filthy…yuck:(

We liked the location, the courteous staff and the contemporary style.

i wasn’t aware they were remodeling so there was plastic everywhere that you had to walk on, various awful smells including paint and building materials it smelled horrible. also no vending machines they pulled them cuz if the remodeling. also the ambient temperature in the hotel was very hot and uncomfortable. hbo was one of the reasons i picked this hotel well, the tv’s did not work at all in my room . maintenance came and replaced one tv but hbo was still not working . it was like going to a half hotel. we were very disappointed and wanted to relocate but they wouldn’t accommodate. we stayed at other best western hotels this stay totally ruined it. we are very unhappy

I liked the breakfast area and food was good. The staff was friendly and always greeting.

The last day I stayed there my water was turned off. Could not shower or even use the commode. I felt that I paid way to much money for this.

The location was convenient.

we paid extra for a suite with two beds, and a pull out couch. Didn’t get the pull out couch. Asked for housekeeping numerous days, and it never came. Breakfast options were in short supply by day 3.

Breakfast was okay but too many people so was long line to get food in morning and place was under construction.

They lost my reservation and got overbooked and no room was available . I waited almost an hour while they scratched their head and tried to find me a room. Bathroom was awful, no hot water and door to shower. Bed was lumpy no support.

There was no pool, the hot tub was under renovation so no hot tub

Breakfast is a bonus. Nice size room. Comfortable and clean
