Beautiful view... Quiet secure environment Beautiful beach in walking distance

I loved that the location was near to a strip of beaches as well as a relaxing river. The staff were also very friendly and supportive. I enjoyed being on the balcony too. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the decor, the sweetsop tree, the sea view and how close it is to the beach. The area was quiet and peaceful, especially in the mornings. The space was also secure with a security gate, automatically locked front door and cameras on the outside and main areas of the building. Kitchen had all the amenities you needed from utensils to pots and even a bullet blender. There was wifi and TV access The customer service was great. Nikki and Tina were very friendly. Nikki checked in on our comfort and was very responsive. Tina did a great job accommodating us past our agreed check-in time and showed the space well. I would recommend this stay to any one.

In the heat of jamaican summer I loved the well working AC! The fridge in the room was nice and we felt very safe. The communication with Nikki was very nice and easy and the big balcony was a big plus.

Home help invaded my privacy - was naked in my room when she arrived unannounced and had left her rubbish on the bench in the kitchen when we awoke! The driver was doing his business on the phone whilst driving erratically. The property was not near the airport as advertised but on undeveloped area with roads still being constructed - even the taxi driver did not know the location of the property - this meant it cost us up to US$40 each way to get there from the Airport and then get into town as there were no local transport services nearby.

Food was delicious and tasty!

The house was very neat, clean and well kept. I loved the location and the scenic view. Nikki ensured my needs were met although she wasn't on site. Tara the house keeper was pleasant and courteous.

I wasn't informed in advance that there would be an additional fee for the airport pick up and being that I'm Jamaican, charging over $4,000JD ($30 U.S.) for a 15 minute ride, plus coming an hour late did not make me happy. The fee from the airport is way too high. The most should be $10 U.S.

There was no staff available on site and it took a long time to figure out how to get in and which room. Also there is no sign at the property. After a long drive this is definitely not what you want. The area itself doesn't really appeal either.

Property is close to airport, about 17 mins drive. Came in very early, around 3:45AM, and Property Manager/Host, Nikki, was able to arrange a pickup for me. I was so grateful as most accommodations are closed at that time. I was picked up, and dropped off with a rental car I booked via referral from Nikki, after my original car company fell through. Rental Car personnel, Shawn, was respectful and warm. Will do business with again, I booked the rental for the week. I slept well, saw the sunrise and made my way into the city. Tara made delicious jamaican style breakfast. Fun fact — Bob Marley beach is about 12 mins drive away, and the famous Cane River, which Bob frequented, is less than 10 mins drive away. So the location is close to some things, a mall is not far either for food. Thanks Nikki, Shawn, and Tara. I had a great stay, and the views of the ocean from the property’s elevation was a joy. Definitely encouraged morning stretches outdoors. Blessings to you all! I’ll be back ^_^

I like airport proximity to the location.

I didn't like the fact that there was no restaurant close by to buy meals from at weekend. Or may be a list of nearby restaurants need to be provided to customers. But Nikki is outstanding in supporting clients to and from the airport.

Property is miles from anywhere and not an accurate description given. it is not near the airport or any shops or restaurants. the ‘shuttle’ service was run by the owner and charging more than taxi prices-she persisted in trying to make us spend more money in the accommodation on food as there was no where else to go. I felt constantly hustled before I’d even arrived at the property as the she wanted me to confirm I was going as she had ‘overbooked’ and wanted to ‘upgrade’ me to a room I had already had confirmed!- at no extra cost but it was more than I had confirmation for on booking.com! I was told I had to pay in cash - not indicated on booking.com and a fee was added when I indicated I was only paying by PayPal as travelling does not involve carrying cash and there’s no atm machine for miles. the room was clean but more than one towel each is required and a electric socket close to a mirror to dry hair lastly, the owner is well aware the door lock to the patio - hence we were locked in and was told to climb out of the window… get it fixed?

Nikki was wonderful. She reached out immediately after booking and made sure to accommodate all of my needs.

I think the meals are a bit overpriced for what you receive.

Everything overall was great..Nikki and her hubby was very welcoming, courteous warm ..Nikki went out of her way to make sure we're comfortable..our bedroom had a nice view,the community has lots of eatery plenty of food in close proximity ..airport close,area quite..great service..looking forward to staying there again..thanks Nikki and her hubby
