Spa only

Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids, but we we're only given 4 passes for the water spa as well as buffet. Before I paid for this booking, it said that the water spa and buffet breakfast were included for all guests, but when we checked in the hotel, the staff said only adult guests were included, so it was misleading. I had to pay more pass for the kids they are 7, 3, and even the 1 year old we had to pay for her. We ended up paying so much more. The rooms are also old and not the cleanest, thin walls so I kept hearing conversations from other rooms the night we stayed.

We picked this hotel only because we wanted to be near our friends in Pasig. This hotel stood out from the rest in the area because of the spa. Excellent buffet breakfast, spacious air conditioned rooms, helpful 24hr/7 staff, nice view of city from window and of course complimentary use of spa - what more do you want.

can't remember negatives, but we didn't have many specific needs other than comfortable stay for couple of nights

we like the thermal pool. my son had a fun time and so is our yaya. even though we stayed overnight only we were relaxed because of the herbal spa and pool

i saw a baby cockroach in our CR. before in other hotels if we will request for a late check out theres no additional charge so we just opted to go out on time. the food was okay

Good location, with complimentary water spa use.

It was a bit pricey, and the water spa staff didn't provide towel for my son, though we paid for his water spa entrance. We argued with them just to let us use the spa towel for my kiddo. The room size is small for a family.
