Te venden una habitación en la publicidad que no existe, además hacen el cobro a tu tarjeta cuando claramente en la reservación te aclaran que no se hará el cargo hasta el check in.

There's a supermarket and a souvenirs fair near the hotel, and many restaurants. It is near the "Principal beach", but be aware that to go is a way down the street, and to go back to hotel, it will become a heavy uphill! The hotel view is really nice, but only from the 3-4 floor (the ones above the second pool). If you are not staying at those rooms, you can go there to take pictures.

Parking lot is really small, and it seems that they also rent spaces to some telephony companies, as I could see many cars with stairs parked there (including at night, when I was back from visiting places, and there's no place to park my own car). This made me to park on the street, so be aware. There are little things in the hotel can bring us attention, like some lack of care; many visible cables, something that is easier and cheaper to fix, and can bring more value to the hotel.

Me gustó lo céntrico que estaba, todo el tiempo hubo agua caliente en la regadera

No me gustó que encontré dos cucarachas pequeñas caminando en mi habitación, cuando llegué no me habían dejado papel higiénico ni toallas, tuve que pedirlo y me las dieron muy tarde. El agua de la alberca tenía demasiado cloro que me afectó en la cara e inclusive al secarme las toallas tenían el ahora impregnado de cloro

La habitación muy cómoda y con todos los servicios estuvo excelente. La ubicación perfecta para ver el mar

Las instalaciones son feas, te dan toallas viejas y percudidas, las albercas están sucias, y lo peor, reciben camiones de excursionistas que son muy molestos
