The house is absolutely huge! There are one double bedroom and one 5-bed room, one bathroom in the house and another outside of the house with a squat toilet. The living room and dining room link to a kitchen. There is everything we need in the house. Outside of the house, there is a swimming pool and many seating areas. The garden has various types of swings and more seating areas. Outside of the garden, there is a pond with ducks and a farm. There are also many dates trees. The owner gifted us 3 boxes of dates! The owner doesn't really speak English but we could communicate via Google translate.

The house is located at an alley next to a highway. If you miss the alley which we did, you will have to u-turn and drive on a sandy road. Our car got stuck in the sand!

Host was welcoming. The farm space is huge, with duck pond, goats, pool, hundreds of date palms, views into the desert-hill landscape. The house itself has two good size bedrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably), a large kitchen and living room, with one internal and one external bathroom. The outside ‘garden area’ before you get to the farm, has a private volleyball court, a medium size tent (sits about 10 diwan style), a separate raised diwan (sits also about 10-15) with a TV. Several additional outside seating areas with great views. Nice lighting to light up this outside area at night, which can be turned off to get a great view of the night sky. It is easy to find off the main road (and has a camel farm just opposite to the road leading in). There are numerous walks that can be done (possibly all the way to the mountains). It has 4g reception (on Mobily at least) but at the time of writing, no wifi. It is about 40min away from Ula city (specifically, Winter park), so if you are looking to go there for activities it will take up a good amount of time to do the journeys back and forth. No Careem/Uber/Bolt work in the area so you do need to hire a car/driver or have your own. The host was kind enough to help us find a driver.
