I booked one night in Mumbai and warned that I would probably arrived early in the morning because my plane land at 2 am. They replied that it was ok and when I arrived that morning, they just told me that my room wasn’t available and they let me go without further information or help even to charge my phone or use internet connection so I could find another solution. I don’t recommend this place at all, don’t go there. The place also look dirty and insecure.

Location is good...

Room service and the way they charge double on items which they bought from outside. They provide fixed breakfast and that too is not good. Needs a lot of improvement on this. Also, they don't have parkin facility.

Rooms were clean even bathroom was clean trains noise was a issue a bit

Excellent service provided by the hotel especially Fab service was so quick and fluent
