They have a dinner, grill, breakfast and cafe
The room assigned to me and my family was not cleaned properly. Someone’s pubic or armpit hair was on the bathroom shower walls. Very disgusting!!

Lovely hotel near the sea, great views. Staff were very accommodating when we requested to upgrade our room to a family room. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, even the sofa bed! Lovely little cafe near reception to get coffee and drinks.
Not many shops around and seems to be in a somewhat derelict location.

The location was fantastic and once we arrived the staff went out of their way to look after us. What had been some miscommunication before we arrived was soon rectified and any concerns I initially had were addressed by management who totally left me reassured.

They didn’t give bottles of water to the room or while in the facilities. I had to go and buy water. Not enough local foods in the restaurant

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, bellman were very nice, bar staff were also friendly.
Food was average at best, breakfast buffet was maybe a 5, breakfast al a carte was maybe a 6, second day there no one from the staff told anyone that it switched to self serve beverage station, had to find out for myself, dinner staff, not attentive, did not know the menu, one item was oxtail ravioli that arrived as oxtail fettuccine, no up selling, could have made a sale for a glass of wine all three nights I dined in, housekeeping was good first day, second day, bed was not made and no wash cloths were replaced, bathroom amenities were not replaced, no one tried to sell anything that the hotel could offer, a lot of missed revenue opportunities missed.

Mauvais accueil à la réception. Manque de matériel dans la chambre. Impossible de prendre un bain sans inonder la salle de bain. Au niveau du bar prêt de la piscine nous avons été oublier pour prendre notre commande pour au final nous dire la cuisine est fermé. J’ai oublié mon briquet en terrasse 30 min après je reviens le chercher le personnel qui la soi-disant mis de côté se rend compte qu’il a déjà disparu. Et c’était un briquet spécial pour moi. Piscine sale avec des papiers dedans enfin … terrible je n’y retournerai pas

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The quality did not disappoint. Nice layout of the rooms. Clean and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Amenities and facilities were also very good. A plus is the rooftop bar and pool for warm summer days.
The restaurant and room service were closing early, around 8pm. So we have to opt to buy something to snack on from the cafe for the one night we missed dinner.

I like that the initial person who checked us in was very hospitable and friendly.
I didn’t like that I had a family member and a friend that came to visit with us in the lobby end up encountering with police officers who were very intimidating and sat between us just steering and moving amongst us. Police officers didn’t converse with us but their body language was such, that we left the hotel and walked away.

I loved everything.
When we checked out the card in file was charged for $256. I’m not sure if it was for the hold that they were supposed to take out when we checked in but didn’t. So I am not sure why it was taken out when we left. Also will it be returned back like they said and how long will that take?

Everything seemed new and fresh. Plenty of hot water. Pool was nice.
Had to pay additional fee for use of parking garage. $11 a day plus an additional $10 tax after 4 day stay. For all the money I dropped, (over $1000), I should have been given free parking. Not good business. There is parking on the street thats not secured, no way. I hope others read this and if you are self driving, and staying for more than a night, consider this.

Marvin the driver was awesome; very friendly and was able to answer questions about the areas we passed on the way to the BM Museum.

I especially like the atmosphere; the peacefulness of the space and how private things were. I also liked the amenities including the fact that there was a gym which catered to persons who are into the gym life. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The convenience of the location was also a plus.

The staff from the front door to the restaurant was phenomenal. They showed that they care about you and are satisfying your needs. Special thanks to the bar tenders and chefs.
The sink drain was a little slow draining, but not a show stopper. That's the only thing I could have thought of.

The customer service was top class! From the moment we came through the door until we left . Everything was just easy - reserving a shuttle, getting a copy of the key after I locked myself out. The wifi was super fast.

Unfortunately , we were only there for one night but the facilities were nice with a large restaurant and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark and left very early in the morning, so not sure about the location, although there were ocean views.
Property just looked a little bit tired in places mark on walls maybe just needs a little freshen up in places although the design is modern. Lighting seemed very dark in the restaurant and common spaces.

Das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft bis in das Zimmer und ist ziemlich gefährlich, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Das Frühstück war (wie eigentlich immer in Jamaika) sehr bescheiden. Wie kann man nur Würstchen, Speck und Eier so schlecht zubereiten.
Die Gegend um das Hotel ist absolut tot trotz großer Prachtbauten, Nacht sollte man sich nicht weiter als 800 m vom Hotel entfernen

The hotel was clean and it took only 25 minutes from the airport. The concierge provided good service of pick up.
Everything was overall good.
At the breakfast, when I tried to refill my juice or coffee, they didn't let me touch the machine or the big juice jar, not like all other normal hotels. That was strange.

Sehr schönes sauberes und modernes Hotel.
Bei uns im Bad ist aus der Lampe Wasser getropft. Haben dann ohne Probleme ein neues kostenloses Zimmer bekommen das geupgreaded war.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Gefühlt die freundlichsten in ganz Jamaika. Die hatten immer ein Lächeln offen.
Das Essen war einfach zu teuer
