The facility is in a good location with a good tarmac road from main mtwapa road and next to the beach. The houses are looking great. The unit we were staying in was very good and relaxing and the workers and the owners were very nice. The green environment and great plants and flowers gives the place a very natural aura that is rare and unique. Its a very good place with great property IF only it could be well managed.

The management of the property is a mess, very dis-engaged from a central point if view. The houses are run by individual owners. The host to the unit i was staying was really nice and she was keen to ensure we get the best experience. She was available and reachable. However, the central facilities are not managed well. For example, the pool is very dirty and not sure how often its cleaned, there are no pool beds for resting after a swim. Its so unbelievable there is no single pool bed in the 3 pools. There is a nice private beach, very clean, with no single beach bed or even a seat one can rest to watch sunset. There are some outsiders who bring plastics chairs and rent them to kes 100 for every single sitting. What a wasted leisure point. The locals even told us that people have complained alot about this. Honestly you can do better. The restaurant is managed by a 3rd party. To order food, you have to be given a number of the chef or waiter. As if this is not enough, they are quick to let you know that you should have booked their houses. In addition they not only charge you for delivery to your room but charge you for every single container the food is brought in. Again lack of centralised management of the services.

Everything is very bad Check in starts at 2:00pm, we were travelling from Nairobi to Mombasa so we arrived late, we arrived 6pm. There was nobody at the reception. After waiting, the receptionist came and told us that our room is still not ready and we have to wait. We waited for 1 hour 15 mins in the reception. They said that we are getting an upgrade. Actaully, this is not true. I booked a one bedroom with seaview, i got a villa of 3 bedrooms with the seaview I asked for, but they said you are not allowed to enter any room other than the bedroom. So where is the upgrade? We went to the room at 7:15 and the cleaning girl was still there changing stuff. Even though check in was from 2pm Well, we stayed. We slept with lots of bugs all over the house. No tissue in the house, no water even. They said we have to buy water from them. Not even coffee in the room. The house is infested with cockroaches. At 12am the AC went off. We called them to check and they said "sorry everyone is sleeping now, just turn on the fan and we fix it in the morning." So actually they turn AC off after 12am We went to the restaurant to have some food. The menu is very poor, we waited for more than an hour to get the more than poor food we ordered. The next day we were leaving to the airport, we asked to extend our check out a bit so we can pack and relax before leaving. They kicked us out and talked to us in a very rude way. They even lied that we did not open for the housekeepers. Very bad management. Moreover, no signs to tell you where the reception or the room is. No near uber, malls or restaurants. Very bad location and place.

Nothing great on the restaurant menu. Pools were not clear. No lounge chairs. No locks on balcony doors. Only one lock on the main door.

Everything was great. The beach, the service the houses were great

Lack of electricity. We had to wake up everyday at midnight to fan our baby coz of the heat. They used to switch off electricity at midnight and also during the day. That made the stay not good for me and my family.

Beautiful appartment and wonderful service

There is no ac in the living room only in the bedroom so it was very hot.

The decor, ambience, my family enjoyed every minute..
