The staff members were so friendly and warm, they made us feel so special. We also loved visiting the lounge, the food selection was great, and our daughter especially liked the pastries. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great location that is right beside the MTR. Well located with tons of shopping and food option. It's a short 10mins drive to the airport so great for layover. The room is clean and the view is amazing.

Water pressure of shower is really too low, barely to feel like I have wash all the shower gel away. Not much TV channel option, I was expecting discovery channel those kinda documentary channel and/or smart TV function like login to my own Netflix.

Close to the MTR and restaurants which was really convenient.

In the bathroom there were no stuff to your hang your clothes on. Moreover, automatic closing of the toilet lid was quite noisy.

When it comes to hotels I think it’s important to elaborate and be as detailed as possible as this is where you’re spending the majority of your money! Quick summary: I found this hotel very hard to fault. It has all the amenities required for myself, hair dryer, safe, towel and robe and slippers. Etc the basics. A fridge and bonus would be the Airplay compatibility on the tv for when you want to stream some YouTube for some ideas for your Hong Kong trip!! Etc. The only one thing that really let it down for me and this isn’t a huge deal but more of a preference, especially for me who gets major get lagged would be the lack of a 24hour food shop for snacks etc. In Singapore I had access to 24 hour stores and even in England lol. I think this could be something that the hotel could personally resolve quite easily unless I am the only one requesting this then it likely won’t be worth while for them lol The detailed review below: Checking in was quick and efficient. There is a 5000HK$ deposit =£500. I hadn’t converted any cash at this point and my HSBC bank decided to block my card which meant I was unable to pay the deposit, however the hotel quickly found a solution which I was very grateful for. I was also upgraded with a sea view room!! Free of charge!! Beautiful view!! Thank you. It’s a prime location in my opinion. Connected to the MTR Tung Chung station allows for a direct one stop route to DISNEY LAND!!!! And direct path to Tsim Sha Tsui, Where you’ll find malls like Kll Musea and harbour city which are both extremely huge but both basically have the same stores so, no need to visit each one and this proves true for basically all of the malls in Hong Kong lol. Harbour city will allow for nice photos of the bay and avenue of the stars. Etc So, the hotel has U.K. plugs and USB ports therefore, no need to waste money and time on bringing these extra plugs. Has a hair dryer, safe, body wash, hand wash etc and some.

I would have liked a 24hour grocery store but it’s not the end of the world

The hotel is EXTREMELY difficult to find because it is located on top of a huge mall with tiny directional signs! Also there seems to be no dark curtains to close the window from the sunlight.

very comfortable and practical shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff and comfortable room. The restaurant and bar are great, as well as the pool and gym.

It would be nice if at least the Fresh bar was open all the time. Even if just to use the tables.

We had a great experience.. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and had a good view. i will come back for sure. The hotel also offer a beautiful bar and a good restaurant with a very healthy buffet for lunch. Dinner was also amazing with a very good deal as a set dinner menu for only $498. Thanks to Clément the restaurant manager and Stephane, the chef for their helpul suggestion, the food was great.
