酒店员工热情、礼貌。会指引泊车。 前台工作人员介绍详细，礼貌，能积极处理问题。 酒店华人员工热情接待，令人宾至如归。

房间的房门没有保险栓。是很大的安全隐患。 退房当日的9点左右，我们还未起床，酒店异性员工刷卡进了房间，虽然他及时退出门外并表示抱歉，但仍让我们两个女生心有余悸。在后续的沟通过程中，工作人员表示该员工是接收到了错误的指示进行房间的清扫，并退回了我们当晚全额房费。然而，这并不是一次好的住宿体验，令人担心、恐惧，让我觉得是一个很大的安全隐患。

很满意的住宿，店主悉心告诉了我很多经验和注意事项，还帮我们解决了突发的难题，整个新西兰的美好之旅就从这里开启啦。非常推荐大家来入住，性价比很高，位置也很方便。

시내 중심까지 걸어서 가기에는 좀 거리가 있어 차로 이동해야 합니다.

Breakfast cafe was closed due to a public holiday- staff didn’t tell me this when I checked in. The room was very cramped.

It's very clean and the bed is comfy. The staff is very friendly and will answer all your questions and you can check with them about the local attractions and restaurants. So close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very comvenient.

Didn’t have breakfast as already planned to have out but given how pleased we were with room etc would definitely have another time. Liked greeting and helpfulness and personable reception staff.

Only thing would recommend improving is better quality coffee/ hot chocolate sachets as ones provided were pretty tasteless!!

Upgrade auf executive. Gute Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Gute Ausstattung. Tipp: Essen im koreanischen Restaurant nebenan ist lecker und preiswert. Reservieren!

Modern & tidy room; we had the 2 bedroom & there was a good size lounge area & kitchenette. Cafe downstairs looked popular but we didn’t have time to try it.

Upon arrival the room had a strong ‘cleaning chemical’ smell, but this dispersed by opening all the windows. There is a lot of street noise if you like sleeping with windows open.

A very new hotel. Full of amenities. TV programmes were super.

modern comfy clean great value

We were given a free room upgrade which was nice. Room very spacious, modern and fresh. Nice bathroom with huge shower and big towels.

The Tv was a mystery to us, and took ages to get something to watch. At least we had free access to Netflix which took a while to discover.

Great room and facilities. Excellent check in. Very helpful, informative and friendly.

Nothing, apart from location was a bit out of town.
