Friendly staff; Backup for loadshedding

Place was neat and clean. Liked the stile and setting of the room. It looked like a 5 star place.

The breakfast was bad you couldn't see they went to buy it somewhere and the lady did not know what to put where, at some stage she put soviet on top of bread, I can complain until tomorrow....

I had booked honeymoon suit only when I called for directions they told me the room is not ready some of the things are not working yet in booking.com it was open

for the price it is over rated. the honeymoon suite that doesn’t have a balcony and exit to the reception leaving little for privacy. although the idea to create a luxury look, the “shower “ is useless.

Everything Rooms were clean ,everything bath room was clean and the bed comfortable Im surely coming back

The friendliness of the staff and how spacious the room was

The coffee has expired, no milk, and over all the room wasn’t very very clean. Especially the balcony. But definitely not too bad.

The venue outside were full of leafs and not sweep for a while. I asked lady to sweep for my photos as main reason i booked there was for that area as we flown down from Cape Town to Pretoria and your place was suppose to be stand in for her house. It wasnt done.
