A beautiful home with lots of amenities. A wonderful pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and hope to come back some day. We loved the Folly Beach area.

We had an amazing time at Hilton head island. This house was perfect for our extended family reunion. It had everything we needed and close to town and walkable to beaches. It was also a short drive to Savannah. Would recommend this house for a large family getaway.

Our family really enjoyed our stay there. Our grandkids loved the pool the family members did as well it was so convenient we were close to the beach. The place was clean and nice we want to come back again real soon. Rita & Cecil Pair

If I could give this vacation home 10 stars I would! It accommodates everyone of all ages…. My elderly parents because it was a ranch the beautiful pool and hot tub to relax in for everyone to enjoy the large kitchen stocked with every need the bedrooms with 2 rooms having 2 sets of bunk beds… the game room for the kids to escape!!! The location with a 5 minute walk to the beach…. Management was at our doorstep with any need to be fixed in just minutes… I can’t say enough and I’ve been to many vacation homes…. This was fabulous! ❤️

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this great house. There’s was more than ample space for 12 people and the kitchen was perfect. We made memories with our children and grandchildren that will last everyone a lifetime. We spent a lot of time in the pool and at the beach. We would recommend having simple condiments like salt and pepper, even if it’s little packets. It should be a staple. Also, an extra roll of paper towels and extra toilet paper with a few more garbage bags. It seems the amount of the rental should easily cover such items.

All was as advertised. Plenty large enough for our 13 people. Comfortable beds, great beach access and a great beach. Pool and loft were big hits. Just an all round wonderful and easy stay!

Gorgeous and VERY clean! My husband and I were in town looking after a sick family member. The rental company was so amazing and went over and beyond for us during our stay. They even delivered two little dog houses for our corgis. Perfect place! The customer service alone was enough for me to rate 5 stars. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kitchen was large and was great for cooking family dinners. Wish it listed kitchen appliances such as a Keurig and crockpot in the listing so we knew that ahead of time. But overall a great place. Would go there again.

We came there for our son's graduation into the Marine corps.only 40 min to the base.if we needed anything they were there 15 min later.very clean and a perfect place for our new marine to come back and relax.Dont pass this place up you'd be missing out on a beautiful home.

The property was just perfect for us! There were three of us; my husband, our son, and myself. Oh, and our two dogs. The layout of the home was ideal (we did go buy two pet gates to limit access to certain parts of the house). There was enough room for us all to have our own space or gather together. The communication with the own/representative of the home was prompt, attentive, and considerate. The Wi-Fi issues must have been updated, we had zero issues and we used the internet for streaming, games, and work. The walk to the beach was short and private. It was as listed, about two minutes. The pool was clean, large, and very relaxing. The yard was perfect for our pets. I cannot say enough about this home, it’s location, and all the amenities. We plan to book this house again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, but the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s SO roomy and very pretty. Large kitchen, and nice sized living rooms. The pool was wonderful and the yard is sizable as well.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We had a party of 9 and this home was beyond accommodating for our needs. From all the bunk beds, to the play room, to the gorgeous kitchen and private pool; it had everything and more that we could’ve hoped for. We would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling with a big family!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. We appreciated being able to take our pets. The house was very clean and had most things you would want (e.g. dishes, utensils etc in the kitchen) to spend a comfortable vacation. The spa was a real hit with all of us. The outdoor spaces were great. It was a short walk to the beach - great location. We also appreciated the very helpful communications with the property managers prior to and during our visit. We will likely go back again! Two things that could be improved - internet strength and reliability, and recycling (there was none and that really bothered us).

The property was exactly the same as advertised on VRBO. Just two blocks from the beach . We were 3 families ( total 12) and has great fun

The location of the houses to the beach and within the island was ideal as well as the proximity to each other. The houses fit our needs both inside and out with great sleeping arrangements and great cooking/common areas. Most of our time was spent outside at the wonderful grilling and pool area. I will be expanding the outing next year and look forward to renting these or other houses from your portfolio.

3 Seahorse Lane was a great house for our family. The pool was a hit. Our two year olds loved the shallow area. They could stand and sit in it and be above water. Everyone loved the spa. The beach was a short walk away, so we could carry beach gear easily. We were at the beach every day, and then rinsed off sand in the outdoor shower at the house. There was plenty of beach gear at the house too. Sand play equipment, boogie boards, chairs, and a beach umbrella we used every day. Our hang out space was the kitchen. We ate almost every breakfast and lunch there, our two year olds at the bar. All cooking utensils were provided. We played board games and cards at the big kitchen table. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and we rented two cribs and placed them in the game room upstairs. We rented bikes, and we rode them to miniature golf close by and to Kilwins ice cream. There was enough parking space for three SUV’s. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, but bring mosquito repellent. They were voracious. Even in the sun, they came out to bite and at dusk and after dark going outside was miserable. Management was quick to address a maintenance problem…solved the same day. They called and texted us to make sure everything was great. We parasailed, went shark fishing, took a dolphin tour, took the littles on a pirate cruise, and miniature golfed. The house was a little worn. It could use some paint and the couches need a good cleaning, but these things did not interfere with the great time we had there.

Great close location to folley field beach. Home is beautiful inside and the pool and hot tub were fabulous.
